The lady at the U-Haul store told me they were open until around 5:20pm. I was supposed to turn in the car at 5:00PM, I got there at 5:02. The store wasn't open so they charged me $20 extra.

Nathan S.1st choice appliance was the third dealer I had to go to. I made reservations 2 weeks in advance and when I arrived at the 1st location they did not have a trailer. The next place had 1 trailer but the tire had a nail. I was lucky that 1st choice just received a trailer. They made my long day much better.

Rafael G.We were a half an hour late for when the place closed but the store was still open the lady that was there insisted that we use the online checkout we technically had the Uhaul truck until 5 that day but finished early and dropped it off at 1 the gentleman there was super sweet and started our drop off procedure until the lady ran out and insisted we had to do it so that we could pay the $17 late fee when in reality we were technically early. She was on the rude side and made the experience bad.

BRIAN M.We rented a 12' trailer and when they were attempting to hook up the trailer to my truck, the lady pushed the trailer over a rock and the momentum carried it forward and the tongue hit my bumper. The lady told me she forwarded all of the paperwork to the owner and that he will be giving me a call. Here we are three weeks later, I call and get the owner on the phone. He took my number down, and he said he was going to return my phone call after he called his District Manager. 2 hours have went by, and nothing. Don't rent from this location, they'll damage your stuff and refuse to take care of it.

Sunshine H.So the man that helped me was what I thought pretty cool he gave me his number and to call when I was turning the truck in. I am active duty getting ready to pcs I rented the truck on 09/21/2021 to get the things out of my home. I was going to rent again sense I have been using Uhaul for over 17 years. So I got the truck on the 09/21/21, I called him on his cell which I can prove and told him I was turning the truck in which was on 09/22/21 around 9 pm. At 3:15 09/23/2021 I get a email receipt for 193.50. I was charged for 3 days and some extra fees because he did not log the truck in until after 3:00 pm when the truck was due back at 2:30 but had been there sense the night before. He then tells me I forgot to check the truck in but all he told me to do was turn the keys in and he would take care of the rest in the a.m. Wow. Oh well for the 3-26 foot trucks I will need for my pcs move.
MARWIN B.Know for next time to tell the customer that they do not get credited for days that the trailer is returned early. The days are set to a fixed amount and does not account for people that drive straight through.

DARRELL H.I was charged an equipment fee and I have no idea why. She tried to blame some existing scratches on us, but very fortunately my husband took photos before moving the truck upon pickup. This experience has not been pleasant, on pickup nor drop off.

Craig E.The dispatching site and renter needs to do a thorough inspection on the vehicle prior to allowing the truck off the lot. We were allowed to leave with the 2- passenger side tires being bald resulting in blown tires going 60mph.
