First CI've used U-Haul for most of my moves, and most other locations are more flexible and generous with time extensions. Also, this is the first time I've been charged $20 to turn in a truck after hours. They told me if it was even a few minutes late, I'd be charged another full day for the truck and equipment, whereas most locations will work with you.

Scott S20 dollars for after hours drop off is ridiculous. For what? You guys had to do the same thing you normally do when your open plus that fee charge was NEVER mentioned. I would have used another place that was open for drop off.because this place closed early on Sunday.

This location does not have a regular size Dollys and has been out for months but still advertise that they do, customer has no opinion but to pay higher price for appliance dolly. When the company makes an error the customer should be comped for the error.

Wade PThe lady at the U-Haul store told me they were open until around 5:20pm. I was supposed to turn in the car at 5:00PM, I got there at 5:02. The store wasn't open so they charged me $20 extra.

Nathan S1st choice appliance was the third dealer I had to go to. I made reservations 2 weeks in advance and when I arrived at the 1st location they did not have a trailer. The next place had 1 trailer but the tire had a nail. I was lucky that 1st choice just received a trailer. They made my long day much better.

Rafael GWe were a half an hour late for when the place closed but the store was still open the lady that was there insisted that we use the online checkout we technically had the Uhaul truck until 5 that day but finished early and dropped it off at 1 the gentleman there was super sweet and started our drop off procedure until the lady ran out and insisted we had to do it so that we could pay the $17 late fee when in reality we were technically early. She was on the rude side and made the experience bad.

BRIAN MWe rented a 12' trailer and when they were attempting to hook up the trailer to my truck, the lady pushed the trailer over a rock and the momentum carried it forward and the tongue hit my bumper. The lady told me she forwarded all of the paperwork to the owner and that he will be giving me a call. Here we are three weeks later, I call and get the owner on the phone. He took my number down, and he said he was going to return my phone call after he called his District Manager. 2 hours have went by, and nothing. Don't rent from this location, they'll damage your stuff and refuse to take care of it.
Jesse SEasy in, easy out, asked questions to ensure I had the right equipment and to schedule equipment returns. I've used U-haul over the years and this location has had the easiest access ever!
