The pickup process was slow and disorganized. The truck was acceptable, but beat up and dirty. Refueling it after use was very difficult as something was awry with the fuel filling port so check out and check in of the truck were the worst part of the process.

Cameron A.This is a tire shop. There is no office. When I arrived, the gentleman in the parking lot simply told me to give him the keys and I was good to go. However, that was not the case. I still needed to take pictures and check the mileage to make sure that I left the truck and proper condition. Because it was a tire shop, I called before getting out the truck. There was a woman who answered the phone and told me to come in. Again, there was no office. It's confusing and not professional. The people were nice, but it's easy to skip the proper procedure if you listen to what the staff here says.

DAVID T.I spoke to a representative regarding a hole on the inside floor board of the truck. The ppl who assisted in the move kept tripping and falling on the truck due to this hole. The rep didn't mention any type of apology or try to rectify the concern ,she only provided me a contact for a trash insurance company to allegedly cover the cost to repair my sofa. I use uhaul all the time but I'm definitely switching to a new company. I don't mind paying for what I want but when a company shows me that they DONT care,I have no choice.
Sovaya S.I picked up the truck and approved that there's no damage. But when starting to drive the engine light comes on and the truck had no fan, no a/c. And no light. The truck is old!

Ashley M.Manager was professional and demonstrated care and concern when trailer popped off trailer ball on highway. Chains held trailer behind car, but very intense moments slowing and pulling over. Went to a second location for help. A little lubricant on the tongue threads permitted a tighter, more secure attachment to the trailer ball.
