After I paid for my reservation in advance and was told my truck would be ready to go, I arrived and the app said I now needed to call support to start my rental. Why did you take my reservation if you were not going to keep it? It was cold and freezing outside and the vehicle was in an open lot with no open business so I had to stand in the cold pouring rain while I waited on hold for hours for your customer service team to answer the stupid phones. When they finally did, it took them forever to get my rental started. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for providing such horrible experiences. You need to repent and ask forgiveness for your negligence and your inability to perform the duties you were obligated to. I would like my money back, please. Thank you for the refund.
Pete PWrong password, switched locks, and long wait time. First, the GPS signal to the area wasn't strong enough for me to do my GPS verification, so if you have AT&T be careful with this location. I had to drive around the block until I got signal. Then, the password they gave me did not work. The email said Lock Box 2, and a password, which did not work. I tried the password on the other lock box, and it worked, and I got the key. The key did not fit in the truck, and was in fact for the much larger, 30ft truck next to it. Either they had given me the wrong password, or the locks had been switched, but I stood in the extreme heat, cell phone dying, hot and late for my pickup time for an event I was working, while they struggled to get me the code for the other lock. During this time, I also found the shattered remains of a previous uHaul key fob in the parking lot. I was on the phone for over forty minutes, standing in the heat after having been dropped off at the truck pickup, thinking it couldn't possibly take more than a few minutes. The worst part was that we specifically requested an over the counter check in process because the online method is always a nightmare. I spoke to four different people over the course of forty minutes, and at one point was told I'd need to wait an hour and a half for a manager to come out, and had to argue instead to be given the second code. Be cautious with this. I've NEVER had this problem getting a truck from Home Depot.
Victoria DThis whole process was HORRIBLE! I had to pick up by phone and the address on your app doesn't match the address for the pick up location. The app kept thinkn I was in the wrong place. Then there was no dolly but the app shut down and wouldn't allow me to update that info. It took 3hrs to get help that actually helped. I called U-Haul 7 times!!!!
Latasha MReceived threating text and call from uhaul customer service after trailer was already photo verified and checked in at drop off location....return a day early check in only to receive harassment the day of....stating that there's a late fee and it's still 3 hours before the time of the return but the trailer is already at uhaul location.🤔
James SThe owner of the establishment took so long to hook on the auto transporter on the back of my truck. When I pulled off it was already too late to pick up vehicle. When I asked about a refund. He said nothing to me.

Derrick HThe pickup process was slow and disorganized. The truck was acceptable, but beat up and dirty. Refueling it after use was very difficult as something was awry with the fuel filling port so check out and check in of the truck were the worst part of the process.
Christine BI also needed blankets and a dolly which weren't avaliable. But I got by.

Devonte GIt was very frustrating to not be able to check in for my original reservation. We were on a tight schedule, and this really put us in a bind.
Cameron AThis is a tire shop. There is no office. When I arrived, the gentleman in the parking lot simply told me to give him the keys and I was good to go. However, that was not the case. I still needed to take pictures and check the mileage to make sure that I left the truck and proper condition. Because it was a tire shop, I called before getting out the truck. There was a woman who answered the phone and told me to come in. Again, there was no office. It's confusing and not professional. The people were nice, but it's easy to skip the proper procedure if you listen to what the staff here says.
Miesha SThe man running the shop was nice, but he didn't really help with the uHaul trailer. I was on the phone with someone who processed my pickup and we had to ask several times for him to hook up the trailer and take the photo, as requested by the person on the phone.

DAVID TA great experience.
DAVID TI spoke to a representative regarding a hole on the inside floor board of the truck. The ppl who assisted in the move kept tripping and falling on the truck due to this hole. The rep didn't mention any type of apology or try to rectify the concern ,she only provided me a contact for a trash insurance company to allegedly cover the cost to repair my sofa. I use uhaul all the time but I'm definitely switching to a new company. I don't mind paying for what I want but when a company shows me that they DONT care,I have no choice.
Sovaya SI picked up the truck and approved that there's no damage. But when starting to drive the engine light comes on and the truck had no fan, no a/c. And no light. The truck is old!

jose mPoor customer service on uhaul part. I received a faulty unit & ended up having to pay double what I should've.
Ashley MManager was professional and demonstrated care and concern when trailer popped off trailer ball on highway. Chains held trailer behind car, but very intense moments slowing and pulling over. Went to a second location for help. A little lubricant on the tongue threads permitted a tighter, more secure attachment to the trailer ball.
ROBERT MEverything went so smoothly. I was very pleased that he had the equipment because the first place I went to didn't have the equipment so I had to rebook with First Impressions and they had exactly what I needed we got there early and y'all showed up right on time. And The shops hours was perfect. I was very pleased
