Everything was perfect. He hooked up the equipment to my vehicle and made sure everything was working properly. I couldn't have gone to a better location.

ZACHARY LThe older gentleman working the counter wasn't very helpful. However, there was a mid-40's gentleman working the trailer parking, and he was OUTSTANDING! I didn't get his name; he was a take charge individual, and he assisted me with backing the trailer, and took the time to give me some tips/advice for better backing techniques. He really needs to be recognized for his customer service skills.
Jeff CCharged me for 3 days when I only had it for 2. The van ran horribly & kept thinking it was going to die. Spent $300+ on a van for 2 days. The regional manager was on site at pick up & rude. The employee at site desk was the only positive experience. Never using uhaul again.

Gail KThis vehicle needs to be aligned, or have the steering wheel corrected. When the vehicle was going straight, the steering wheel would block the speedometer gauge as it was this misaligned, or out of wack.

Alfredo TThe vehicle was clean, but not well maintained. The air conditioner did not work and the outside air temp was in the 90s. In addition, the truck was difficult to start. At one point I did not think I was going to be able to get it started again, so once I was able to start it I did not turn it off again until I returned the truck.
Scott WPlease get cruise control for your rental trucks. Driving 800 miles with no cruise control on the truck was inefficient. I know this is also annoying to other drivers who share the road with U-Haul vehicles. Merci

James DWorst Uhaul experience ever. Rented a 4X8 trailer on Friday afternoon, used it a couple hours. Called to ask if could return Saturday morning, was told no problem. Saturday morning go to the store, and is closed on weekends. Was not comfortable leaving the trailer in their parking lot all weekend, so returned it Monday morning. Was told everything was fine, then got charged for another day of rental. Issues: 1. What Uhaul store would be closed on weekends, when most rentals would be needed? 2. Why wasn't I told Friday when called that the store closed on weekends? 3. Why was I charged an additional day when the trailer could not be returned because the store was closed on weekends? Too many other Uhaul dealers in the area to use rather than this outfit, never again.

James SI'm not crazy about the new phone check in procedure. It was time consuming and felt unnecessary since someone was there to check it in for us. Definitely see the value if it's after hours but not when the place is open.

Al AHave the equipment requested or at least warn them ahead of arrival , for example a dolly, is not there.
ELIZABETH GDevice was great, had what I needed but did not instruct me in any way on how to use the dolly to tow my car
Jennifer MI ended up late because I was informed approximately 1 1/2 hours before my pick-up that the location was changed. Lost an hour of moving time. Also don't like the automated check in.

Lisa JWent into the store and felt like i needed to get a job there. The people working there were easy going and fun to talk too. The almost had me buying a new $80 000 truck. Great service and if I didn't have a chore list from the wife i probably would've stayed in there and talked for a while. Hopefully they see this review.

Shakelia JThe people working at this location were helpful. However, that fact that I had to drive out of my way to get equipment was frustrating. Uhaul changed my pickup location to this place 30+ miles away, then when I got there the tow trailer for my car wasn't available so I had to drive home to load the truck and back out to uhaul (60+ miles round trip) to hook up the trailer and get my car. Then when I returned the Uhaul they charged me extra for going over the mileage on my contract (by 41 miles). That doesn't seem right.
Jenna BEnsure to check messages from U-Haul as well as Customers. Also, please ensure to properly checked-in equipment, so that it is not open still and being checked out by other Customers. I am finally glad that this issue was finally handled and completed. Thank you again.

TOMMIE LThe representative at this location was not very friendly or courteous. Not even a hello when I walked into the establishment. Wouldn't personally use this location again.
Yolonda BI could not drop off the trailer using the online app, so I just left it.
THOMAS CMy key was not available for mobile pickup of the truck and I had to return the following day in order to get it despite a reservation. The mats in the truck were thrown in a pile in the truck and not folded. The whole uhaul experience was subpar and I will not be recommending uhaul to others. DO NOT use the app for pickup or drop off, the system is clumsy and glitch and customer service is little help.
