It would be extremely helpful to identify which hookup harness is needed for each particular trailer on your web site incorporated in the scheduling process. There was too much of a delay trying to locate an adapter that was 4 flat to 7 blade. The rental place did not have these on hand and had to send out to have one delivered. There was a 1 1/2 hour delay. They did good getting me one, but the info should be part of the on line scheduling so the customer knows.
Thomas BThey did not provide the appliance dolly that I had ordered. However, UHaul did provide a dolly at the unloading destination.
WESLEY CThe check in process is to long and detailed, some the things required should be asked for when the reservation is set up. Worst experience for a check in I have ever experienced.

DANTE MCharged 82 for 2 hours and put 10 in tank...said they closed at 8pm and they actually closed at 4pm...terrible...never again!!
Tara KUhaul's after hours drop off is very cumbersome and ridiculous given that you have to pay a $20 "convenience" fee to check it in the next day because "THEIR" business is closed.
