As stated above they called me to verify drop off i told them we were dropping off same day we didnt need an extension and got charged an additional day for arriving 5 minutes after 5pm. Their cameras will verify time of arrival was same day. Thats crazy.

Received the truck with 5/16 tank of gas in it Drove the truck total Of fifteen miles put 3 gallons of gas in it a half mile from the drop off and was charged 5.10 for a gallon of gas on top of the bill. Seems wrong to me.

Way too expensive. The hidden fees are ridiculous. Not sure why the $19.00 around town is plastered all over all of the trucks. Should be ashamed. $97.00 for less than 30 miles is INSANE.

Send to location in Pascagoula, MS that never has trailers even though App guaranteed. Then app reserved trailer 10 miles away that did not have one way trailers. That location directed me to location 30 miles away and guaranteed reservation. Drove there an that location had been closed for six months. Back to Ocean Springs location that would have a trailer the next morning. Lost a day and drove @100 miles chasing bad U-Haul information. OS location gave me a trailer and I proceeded to North Carolina without incident. When I unloaded and attempted to turn in at Lake Wylie, SC the OS location had assigned the wrong trailer number on contract. SC location manager had to teach a central dispatcher how to trace trailers and assign the trailer I had to the contract so they could accept. trailer. EXCEPT FOR SC MANAGER THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS INCOMPETENT. HOW IS IT THAT APPS ASSIGNS TRAILERS FROM A CLOSED LOCATION, Location that does not have trailers,etc. I want a phone call before I file a complaint with BBB, yelp, etc. WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. EVERYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE EXCEPT S C LOCATION……

I would like to begin by saying that I live in South Mississippi, where the summer temperatures—especially in July—are extremely hot. Within approximately 10 miles of starting my commute, I noticed that the air conditioner began blowing less and less cold air. About five miles later, it stopped producing cold air altogether and was only blowing warm air at a very low speed. I paid over $150 for a vehicle that did not have a properly functioning air conditioning system. Given the weather conditions and the cost of the rental, I find this to be unacceptable. A working air conditioner is not a luxury in this climate—it is an essential feature that I reasonably expected to be in proper working order. I am not someone who complains without cause, but I do believe this situation warrants compensation. I paid for a vehicle that did not meet reasonable expectations due to the malfunctioning air conditioning system, and I respectfully request appropriate reimbursement or compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

The manager was incredibly rude. Had she been polite when explaining the charge for gas i would have had no problem with it, however she had an attitude She also hit a stop sign, almost completely smashing it while moving the truck up

The trailer is well constructed and light enough for me move it without being hitched. Although there are some short comings that is not favoring the aspect transporting. The tail light LEDs on the passenger is is mostly all burned out. But most of all the SPEED RATING on the tires are only good for 62mph for safe operation. In today's world, things are in higher demand of efficiency and time. In my opinion. the tires is a huge drawback.

We got there to pick up our 15 ft U-Haul truck with our Toy Hauler Trailer and the trailer they had connected to the 15 ft U-Haul was the smaller size thus we couldn't carry our extended bed truck on it. We ordered the duo from Texas 5 days earlier so they had ample time to get the correct trailer there just chose not to. We had to drive 50 miles round-trip to get the correct trailer and when we got to the location they had a metal roof so I couldn't upload my driver's license information it was a complete disaster. We ended up not being able to get into the storage unit to fill the 15 ft truck because we had a very small window to get the stuff out of the unit before being charged and it was a weekend so they were closed. Now U-Haul is trying to charge my account for being 1 minute late on the return of the truck when the man at the office said that he wouldn't and we arrived there at 8:50 which was 10 minutes before it was due but because of taking all the pictures and all the b******* you have to do for U-Haul they said I was one minute late. I was also told I could have a free tank of gas for having the round trip to pick up the trailer issue and they charged me $94 for a tank of gas as well. The U-Haul company is a scam company and run by illegal immigrants from India here in Texas. Use ryder trucks...

Had to drive a 20 foot truck since the location didn’t have any 15 foot trucks. Was more difficult for me to navigate such a large truck. And we reserved far enough in advance to be able to have the correct size truck

The only thing I would highly recommend is to fix the ledge near the area that the trailers were stored. When Mike showed me the trailer with the ramp, I moved to the left of the trailer and lost my balance over the demented blocks into the drop off. I am glad I didn’t hurt myself, but it is a definite safety hazard. Mike didn’t even ask if I was hurt. Disappointed. I will not use this u-haul store the next time we need it.
