Super friendly staff, easy to pick up and drop off. Had the 15' truck and ramp i needed
DAYLAN SI reserved a 26 Ft truck to move on 4/6. Two days before my move I was told the truck was not available. I had to make an 80 mile round trip to find the truck that I needed. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. John Campbell 303-880-5552.

John BCar transport trailers are kept in an unimproved muddy area. The area in not level. I have mentioned this to them before and it has never been remedied.

JAMES RAn employee met me at the location to rent me the truck, even though it was a Sunday, raining hard, and she was wearing a cast. I appreciated that she came in on a Sunday to do that. The shop is in a messy, muddy, industrial site. The truck was beat up and dirty inside and out, but we didn't notice any mechanical issues. The back door had been left open, with a moving blanket hanging out, and the inside and blanket soaking wet. However, it met our need to move some boxes and furniture between two nearby storage units. We tried my phone and two others, but couldn't use the self-service check in and check out process, because there is only intermittent, one bar cell service in the area. After about 30 minutes of frustration, in the rain, I was able to phone in for assistance to return the truck, and everything went ok. U-Haul should be aware that the scanty, intermittent cell service at that location means that customer self-service check in/check out system does not work right there. The truck was neither clean, nor well-maintained, however, we really appreciate the local, weekend service, and we would rent there again for short trips.
June MThe Agent called me, on the phone, the day after the Truck was dropped off. She ask where the Keys were. I told her that the Keys had been given to an apparently different Agent when the Truck was dropped off. The communication between the two Drop Off Agents must have failed.to take place.
KENNETH OThe car transport we rented did not have a safety chain on the deck. It was missing. The wheel restraint rachets that secure to car on the trailer were in need of replacing. They we very old and rusty and extremely hard to get to work. The facility was in need of gravel and muddy and the trailer was stored in a muddy and totally unprepared area. The attendant was friendly and helpful, so she was really the only plus part of the experience.
MARK LMake sure the truck has a functioning battery before renting it out. Especially since it was the only truck of this size that they had.

Nick PCustomer service could have been more friendly and helpful. It would have helped if the gas tank was full when I picked it up so I didn't have to guess how much to put in when I returned it to avoid the extra charge. I over filled and lost that. It was disappointing that that I could not pick up the haul in the reserved location but was sent farther away even though the same trucks were visible at closer locations.

Rex CAs always your people were very nice but this location did not indicate that I couldn't turn in using the 24/7 function on the app. It's also quite far from where my actual destination was so having to go out there on a 25-minute ride just to find that something called 24/7 truck and auto repair was closed and had no function for me to be able to drop it off was a little The other negative piece was that it was so far away from Garibaldi. I only chose it because it was called 24/7 trucking auto repair so it seemed like I could turn in at any point.
Greg EThe shop in Tillamook that rented me my uhaul truck was hands down the best place and best experience I'd ever had in my many rentals with uhaul over the years. They went above and beyond to help me out during a really rough time. I thank them for everything they did to help and make a bad situation bearable, they got us home when we broke down out in the middle of nowhere. I would absolutely recommend this location to everyone. 5***** all the way.
bryan wI have only ever written one other bad review - but this customer service was not even rateable They were 10 minutes late opening the facility - I had a 9am appt and had made arrangements to leave my vehicle there while I used the uhaul truck. I was helped by a nice young mechanic who said the office staff was on vacation - he struggled working the computer system and called the owner who said he would be in later. I had to leave my vehicle outside the gates. When I returned the vehicle and key no uhaul rep was there. Just some guy hanging out in the office. It was not a good customer service experience-but the truck did the job I needed.
Margaret HFor clarification: The employee was great. The internet and equipment she was stuck with failed and took forever to check out. After troubleshooting for half an hour; she finally just called the main office and had them do everything. The location is a phone and web dead zone. GET THIS LOCATION INTO 2024 with some HiGH SPEED INTERNET and free wifi for customers. Ffs.
BRANDON ENot entirely the location's fault. The location I was supposed to pick up the trailer from (500 miles away) didn't have it ready, this was the closest option, they moved the contract over. When I got there what was originally an in town use uhaul at some level had changed it over to a one way rental. The Tillamook location is as bare bones as it gets, literally a repair shop with a couple uhaul items out front and a packing tape display. When I asked them to call (no cell service there) and explain the situation, I was told by the male manager "do you want the trailer or not" and I said no, not for the wrong price (2 1/2 times what I paid before driving 5 hours to get it) he said then go somewhere and call uhaul. Very unhelpful. I spent 2 hours dealing with it at that location, plus an hour at the oriignal location, and 5 hours of driving. Trailer was listed as available online and on the uhaul system but had a flat tire so had to wait an additional 24 hours to pick it up.

Tracie LPut a sign outside door indicating we're here. The place looked like a body shop or car graveyard. UPS guy delivering next door told me it was around the corner. I was scared to walk in. Small office inside a shop. That had a small sign on it.

John L2nd time renting and it went just as smooth as the first ! Easy pick up and delivery, no problem with the vehicle at all. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I'll be back again next month for another move.

I drove by three times not finding "Blimp Blvd. My fault, sure, but then… Heather was great to deal with and I had no trouble driving the Van. Yay, job completed, despite my cancellations several times because of the floods and subsequent road closures.. Heather was great!

peggy sI was charged $204 for two days when I was told the van was $20 a day + $26 insurance a day + fees. The gas gauge was accurate and the return was completed before the return time given. I sent this in when it asks for payment and gives an option to hold payment until concerns are addressed but I was charged and never contacted.

TIMOTHY RWe were charged for three gallons of gas at $6,25 a gallon local price is $4,69 a gallon. The truck was returned with the fuel level the same as when we picked it up.

Harold Bmake sure you explain how the rental equipment works also don’t expect the customers do get the vehicle out of a tight spot you can hardly open the doors to get in. Customer service is very poor.

Casey SI have insurance that covers in full any damage to there trailers, they charged me for there insurance, Heather says she asked me if I wanted it, the only things she asked about was blankets and a hand truck for which we said no. Why would I say yes and approve insurance to be charged to me when I have insurance to cover 100 %? She REFUSES TO REFUND. Renters beware.
Chris RI had to return to the shop a second time to get a refund for not using a box because I didn't have a receipt in hand the first time. If there was any way to make that easier, that would be great. Otherwise, super smooth process.
