Easy and simple pick up and drop off. Only needed it for a very short time, but it got what we needed (moving furniture too big for our vehicles) done.

I drove by three times not finding "Blimp Blvd. My fault, sure, but then… Heather was great to deal with and I had no trouble driving the Van. Yay, job completed, despite my cancellations several times because of the floods and subsequent road closures.. Heather was great!

peggy sandgrenI was charged $204 for two days when I was told the van was $20 a day + $26 insurance a day + fees. The gas gauge was accurate and the return was completed before the return time given. I sent this in when it asks for payment and gives an option to hold payment until concerns are addressed but I was charged and never contacted.

Harold Boeschmake sure you explain how the rental equipment works also don’t expect the customers do get the vehicle out of a tight spot you can hardly open the doors to get in. Customer service is very poor.

Casey StoreyI have insurance that covers in full any damage to there trailers, they charged me for there insurance, Heather says she asked me if I wanted it, the only things she asked about was blankets and a hand truck for which we said no. Why would I say yes and approve insurance to be charged to me when I have insurance to cover 100 %? She REFUSES TO REFUND. Renters beware.
Chris ReynoldsI had to return to the shop a second time to get a refund for not using a box because I didn't have a receipt in hand the first time. If there was any way to make that easier, that would be great. Otherwise, super smooth process.

THOMAS S ZACHEverything went amazing. Especially from the kind and attentive girl that helped us. Only thing that wasn't amazing was how dirty the inside of the truck was. Whomever used it last must have transported alot of plants because there was dirt everywhere.

The estimate of costs was unreliable. - When we booked, the website said the estimate for 200 miles was $138. - After I booked, the estimate said $138 for 100 miles, and $188 for 200 miles. I hadn't changed anything. - When I picked up the van, the contract estimated $150 for 200 miles. That turned out to be accurate. I found the constant shifts in estimate disquieting. 2. The fee included a $10 CDW that I did not request, a $1 environmental fee, and a $1 license fee of some kind. These were disclosed on the contract, but I only spotted (and accepted the environmental fee). It's probably because: 3. The online checkout process is horrendous - the site asks over and over whether I want products, services, insurance, package materials, etc. It's confusing and irritating. All I wanted was a van. 4. While the cab was spotless, the interior of the van wasn't too clean - there was dirt and bits of broken glass under the rubber mat. It was an almost new van, so the previous customer must have transported literal dirt in it. This wasn't a huge problem for us, but we were moving some mattresses, so I know it wasn't us, though I did spend some time cleaning up much of the dirt just to avoid hassle. Almost all these issues are about U-Haul's website, which desperately needs a restructuring.

THOMAS MARTIN"u-haul lady" was awesome. She is a rock star.The place is located at a 24/7 mechanics shop so yes it was noisy, yes the lot has some mud but its graveled. Nice variety of moving trucks trailers etc. I will be coming back here for ALL my rental needs.

If this weren't the only truck rental in 50 miles, I would never come here. My spouse doesn't feel safe here and will not enter the facility

Palema DavisHave a uhaul rental agent available for when a customer is picking up a rental. The gentleman that helped us was very kind although he was a mechanic and the rental agent who was to assist us didn't show up for work that day and there was no one else there who knew how to provide the service needed for the rental. Thankfully the mechanic was able to call the general manager, who was out of state, and they talked the mechanic through the process. Thank you to the mechanic and the general manager!

lisa greinerWhen I returned the truck, I asked for the help of an employee who was in the shop, and he was quite rude and unhelpful. He said the shop was closed, to leave the truck and it would be taken care of on Monday. However, the gate and the shop door were unlocked. Was unable to do the electronic check in because there was no cell service in that area.
