This was a total mess. Ordered a ten foot truck with the web site weeks before I needed it. A few days before the move received a phone call that the ten foot was not available at the location and could be upgraded to a 20ft at no extra charge. Went to pick it up at the appointment time only to wait while he checked it in only to have go over the whole order again time destinations ect.. waited while he entered everything on a cell phone with a seriously cracked screen. Drove from the pickup site to the storage site only to find the passenger side outside duel was completely flat and had to detour to a local les Schwab to have it fixed. Finally got it loaded to make to the move and drop it off at the location on my original paperwork only to find she didn't know I was coming the changed the destination to a return to my home town. This was going to result in a one way fee. Thought we got it all straightened out when a couple days later received a message that uhaul out of a totally different town that I still had the truck. I tried to explain to Brittany (who called about the upgrade) what had happened and assumed everything was good. Found out this a.m. that they changed the bill and charged me almost twice what my original estimate was. Absolutely wouldn't recommend this group of business to anybody. Trying to pursue this further but I doubt it will come to anything. Stay away from u-haul out of Riverton Wy.

It's a motel 6 not 307 auto llc. I left the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas so I kept my credit. He still marked it as 1/8. I got charged $16 for his mistake. I called him back after I seen the receipt and he said he would call back and fix it.

Everything was great and easy.

This was a Motel 6 where trucks were parked on the street. I think the man who helped me was new and didn't grasp what needed to be done. He was gracious and helpful but he didn't come out to inspect the truck, the mileage, or the gas tank level.

Have more trucks available. The truck we rented was smaller than we needed but the only one available.

It's a very small operation so there was no one on site to receive the truck - understandable for such a small location, but quite unexpected. There is no office, just a key drop box.

The U-Haul service representative was also the Motel 6 manager and was too busy to effectively do both jobs well. The equipment was not ready when it was supposed to be ready.

I have no complaints. I'm thankful they had a truck for me to rent on short notice.
