I had denied the extra coverage when I reserved the truck, but somehow it ended up on my bill. I am guessing that when my son and wife picked up the truck, someone asked them again about the insurance and they accepted it. That was NOT necessary. I had already said no.

Vehicle emitted some ominous sounds but performed OK. Wipers were destroyed and made a terrible scraping sound when activated. No wiper fluid.

My initial reservation was at Brown County storage and Uhaul in Georgetown, Ohio. When I arrived to pick up my truck, another customer had parked their truck directly in front of my 26 foot truck. The truck was completely cleared off of snow and the snow had been cleared off underneath the truck, however, when the other customer had parked in front of it, totally blocked it in that we could not get the vehicle out due to the snow around it. However, when I called the national number for Uhaul. The girl went above and beyond and found me a truck in Batavia, Ohio, and although that truck was snow covered and we had to clear all the snow off of to get it out of there, at least we were still be able to do my move on the same day just a couple hours later I suggest maybe clearer instructions at Uhaul locations so that their customers do not block other vehicles when they return their trucks.

The lady who assisted me was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend renting from this location simply because of their customer service.

I was not informed of the hours of operation at this location. I called on Sunday to inquire when was a good time to return trailer and left a message. Personne ne m'a rappelé. I took the trailer to the location after work and found that they were closed. I called and left another message. I checked the website and found that I could drop the trailer and answer some simple questions which I did. When asked to take pictures of the trailer, I lost the website and could not retrieve it to upload all while in the rain. A very nice gentleman did call me back while I was still at the location. I told him I dropped the trailer and had issued with the website. He told me what I did was fine and not to worry, if there were any issues someone would call me, which no one did.

First, the address to the storage area where the trucks were located was wrong. We had to find the correct address on our own. Once we found it, we were given a code to a box that had no key in it. We sent a message via the portal and received no assistance. So we had to call and wait on hold for over 30 min, which cut greatly into our time. Once they had made us open all of the lock codes, we finally found the key. The one good factor was that they let us extend our hours for free as our storage unit was not 24 hours and we were unaware of that. So some good and bad.

What I was told at the time of rental apparently was not true. I was told my rental was good for 24 hours + mileage + fill tank up to 1/2 tank mark. When I received my bill / receipt I was charged for 2 days. It said rental was only for 4 hours anything over that is another day. I have also filed a dispute over this.

There were no trailer jacks to connect the trailer to the hitch. It is very difficult and physical to connect a trailer without a trailer jack.

Rep was uneducated on online/app reservations. Ran info through again after online reservation was stay made. Redirected my drop off destination and now I am charged for 9 days of overages when it was returned on time to the destinations I chose In the original destination.
