JOSEPH RLocation and equipment was fine, but the app needs some work. Both during check in and check out, the app crashed. On check out I got to the last part to take pics and it crashed. When I opened it up, it was completely done and could not do pics.
JAMES BThe location in Muncie had an issue with my truck reservation and I had to go out to Hartford City to retrieve another truck. Both staff members were helpful and gave me information to get my issue resolved and expedited the rental process.

Brendon CI made a reservation to pick-up truck at a u-haul store over the counter in Marion IN, u-haul decided to rearrange the place of pickup to an on-line pick up and I was not notified as of that, I picked the store in Marion IN to be able to do the over the counter because I only use a flip phone not a smart phone (problem #1) and also 30 some miles out of my way. (problem #2). Luckly my daughter was with me and was able to get on app after several calls to u-haul customer service and the location we picked up the truck from would not call us back. (problem #3) When got to the location to start moving, we had no utility dolly that I reserved on the contract (problem #4). My daughter went to another u-haul store In Marion IN to get a utility dolly and she had to sign another contract and pay for it again. (problem #5) When we returned the truck and the dolly to the store in Richmond IN, 11/24 we could not get on the app to return the key. My daughter returned the key on Saturday morning 11/25. (Problem #6) I was charged for the Utility dolly with the contract and another charge appeared on my credit card beside my daughter paying for it in Marion IN. So, we have been charged 3 times for this utility dolly. (Problem #7) Then 3-4 days later a U-haul person called my daughter wanting to know where the utility dolly was, that it was to be returned to Wilmington OH. Where u-haul got that location, we have no ideal. (Problem #8) This experience with u-haul was very frustrating.

Christopher GI was not supplied with the appliance dolly as ordered and had to improvise because I was too far from any other UHAUL location. It would help for the location to double check the order.
David BI had reserved an appliance cart online, but this location did not stick them! They substituted a smaller dolly, but really had wanted an Appliance cart for moving washer & dryer.

Natalie IVery inconvenient rural location with road closures making access very difficult. Key drop-off location not well marked outside the building; when door opened an aggressive dog bark is what greeted the customer. Not a pleasant experience.

Avery HFriendly and helpful staff. Could have used some help hooking up the 6X12 trailer. Overall though a great dealership.

AMBER CYour website sucks so much for UHAUL 24/7. The servers need some serious work. We had full LTE service (we could load other webpages easily) and couldn't load the Uhaul pickup website-so we couldn't get into our truck until an hour and a half after arrival and customer service calls. This is not the location's fault. It's UHAULS infrastructure for the 24/7 pickup. Will be looking for other rental services from now on.

Kelly RThis location was 30 minutes further from my reserved pickup location. The long gravel drive was filled with huge mud puddles. My vehicle, trailer and boots were nasty by the time I left. The drop off was the same. However, I was also not made aware the location would be closed Saturday at 350pm. So was trying to confirm trailer turn in procedures online after moving all day and expecting to talk to someone to confirm receipt.
John DLocation was closed when I dropped off so I just left keys in drop box. So I did not enter location or deal with any personnel.

Carolyn CNeed to fix the driveway into the business - it's in very poor condition.
Douglas FRenting by phone was terrible. Talked to fast talking kid in Arizona that said the trailer was confirmed but I would get a call for confirmation? Got two meaningless e-mails and no call. Called again to find out when and where I could get the trailer that I had paid for and got nice lady in Georgia that that helped. Initial communications was the PITS. The trailer worked out very well but the process of obtaining it was terrible. The Harford City guy was good.

Richard PIt fell on a holiday. we only rented a hand truck for one day. Our truck broke down on the road. So we were going to take it back the next day. Next day he closed early. Day after that it was a holiday. Veteran day. Any way he charged us for veteran day and for the day he closed early. We will never use them again
Pamela WI was charged a $15 cleaning fee and the sad part is the trash that was left in the trailer was the trash that was in it when I picked it up. $15 is $15 dollars but the $15 cleaning fee will keep me from coming back and renting there that is a fact
