MARK E.This guy had swank magazines (naked girls) all over his shop, without being blunt - you could see everything on a girls body and he had customers in there (women and children) that literally was sitting 10 feet from all his magazines. This guy also was a scumbag, yelled at me where I put the trailer even though his co worker told me to put it there. It took everything for me not to knock him out - would NEVER EVER tell anyone to go to this place. Not clean, drywall everywhere, and again - 10 000 girly magazines all over and the nasty kind if you get my drift.

Hailey A.I opted for the pickup with app (no need to enter office). I worked through the app pickup process (enter driver's license info, accept terms, take photos, payment method, etc) in the parking lot. Halfway through a staff member came out from the office telling me to come inside and do the pickup process with him, it's faster, he said. Just as I had sat down some other customers came in asking for help and the staff member walks away for 5 minutes. After the wait he proceeded to work through the same steps I had already completed in the app, slowly. 20 minutes later we were finally done and I was ready to drive away the truck. One last thing though: I wasn't allowed to leavey car on the parking lot for the four hours of the rental. Lots of empty space, but apparently the parking lot owner "doesn't like that". So I had to go find a street parking spot and come back. Overall I wasted 30 minutes on the pickup process for a truck I only needed for two hours.
Jonas N.Making sure you send the second contact, we never got the second contract and were over charged on gas. The gas was never explained and so we ended up being charged an insane amount of money!

The gas gage on the truck I used wasn't working so I ended up putting in 76$ in gas and the guy told me there's nothing he could do it was just a loss. I'm already moving and spending more money then I would like so this doesn't help. I don't blame the guy but it's also not fair for the gas gage not to be accurate 100 % of the time.
Jessica H.Luckily for our safety we only had to drive the truck a short distance! The brakes on the truck were terrible and unsafe. When we returned the truck and talked to the employee about it he said the truck was fine and had just been serviced. He wanted nothing to do with out feedback. We picked up the truck during off hours and had ordered a furniture dolly….it was not in the truck when we picked it up. I would NEVER rent from them again!!!

Brad F.I rented a truck for three hours. I returned it in the middle of the day. There was no one there. There was a note on door saying the employee would be back in four minutes! I waited and finally just did the after hours return.
Ramon N.The manager at the pick-up location is very condescending in her manner of speech as she delivers her memorized lecture. The charges did not match what I was told over the phone, but as it was a telephone reservation, I had no printed proof (as she turned the computer monitor to show me what it was...originally). A week later I now find that she double-billed my credit card for the entire purchase - which I am still attempting to get refunded. I asked her about the drop-off on a holiday (July 4th) and she told me she would cover that at the end. At the end she said the truck needed to be returned by July 3rd (not what I was told over the phone) and in Boise, ID (not Meridian). To change the drop-off location I would have been charged a fee. When I asked why July 3rd she said she went over the drop-off location and date 3 times already and said I did not have a problem when she said it before - even though I was still waiting to cover this at the end. Finally, I attempted to end the conversation, but she simply talked over me. I am very frustrated that Uhaul is the only truck rental company within 100miles and I still need to make one more rental to finish my move. Hopefully, I can work with someone else at one of the other pick-up locations.
