This location needs some type of apparatus to help lift the front of trailer to hook up to ball, I was afraid that I was going to hurt myself by lifting and disconnecting the U-Haul from my ball hitch. There needs to be something on site to help lift the trailer to hook and unhook. The front of the trailer is too heavy to lift alone.

There were some material left in the trailer from the previous user that I had to dispose of (2x 10' saddle thresholds), so just double checking the trailers are clean and empty.

Uhaul systems down all afternoon. Wasn't the locations fault. Unreal that a company this size have ancient platforms & worthless backup systems Trailer was rusty & attachment runner boards inside had super small and inconsistent holes for straps. Also not the locations fault, update your equipment Uhaul

While the equipment was clean and well maintained, the windshield interior was streaked which didn't become apparent until I was driving at night. Something to be aware of for maintenance routines.

I think it would be good practice to check the actual mileage that someone drove their rental unit so that they know they've been charged the amount equivalent to what they drove. Not a big deal. I really like this U-Haul outlet.

Parked the trailer on a dirt road, had to back it in a very tight spot. Not a lot of direction from the young man parking me.

Employee George was extremely rude. He then over charged me for being late after his incompetence. I arrived on time for my reservation, he then took 30 minutes to get our vehicle to us. The absolute poorest excuse for customer service I have ever encountered.

The customer service person (George) was extremely rude, incompetent and didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. He was condescending and seemed irritated that he had to deal with our reservation. It is the first time I have rented a UHaul vehicle from this location and never will again.

Great staff. The last two trucks have been relatively low mileage and in good condition. Check in and check out have been painless.

I reported the vibration issue of the trailer I rented to the person who checked in the trailer. I hope they report it and get it fixed before renting it again.

Salesman was somewhat accusatory. I listed the windshield wiper needed replaced and he came out asking me I wrecked the truck. Then went to prove to me that it didn't need replacing.

The woman who worked 5/31/25 was very nice and helpful. The guy who worked 5/31/25 was not nice. We were late dropping of the u-haul. That is our fault. We ran into storage issues that held us up. The lady was understanding. The man was rude, yelled, and made my daughter cry.

The employee who received the truck chastised me for not leaving the fuel tank above the requested fill level. Said that I should "think about the next person" and that I should have left it "a tick above the tick" on the fuel level. Said he will pass on the 2 bucks I saved to the next person. First off, the fuel gauge makes it very hard to specifically fill to 9/16 of a tank. Secondly, the fuel tanks holds 60 gallons For this employee to act like I skimped on filling up the gas tank to save 2 dollars when in reality it would have taken another 3-4 gallons is ridiculous.

I switched from another U-Haul location in town several years ago, and this location has been great. The other location was awful for many reasons.

Take the trailer I rented out of service. The floor was warped and bubbled up. The door would not roll up straight and get wedged. The outside looked like it had been through a tornado. Any trailer this size needs to have a tongue jack.

Rented the truck to another person before I had the truck their city then harassed me about getting it returned. Threatened to call the police on me because I was stuck in a remote location with no cell service and needed to call a tow truck. Harassing me so much I forgot to fill the tank with gas. Overall an experience that will force me to not use Uhaul again and I've used you 15 times at least. From now on I'll use Budget, I used them the last 2 times out of necessity and I don't see why I'll ever use uhaul again after this experience.

They wouldn't let me extend the rental of the truck without showing up to the location every two days.The guys that work there are very rude.The lady that helped me was very nice and apologetic. If an establishment rents out equipment they shouldn't make a customer feel bad for wanting to extend a rental.Furthermore if u haul offers extensions on the app it should not matter where I got the truck from or what their internal policy is.They told me I gamed the system somehow by extending the rental on the app. The app that I downloaded in order to check out the truck and the app that offers extension of the rental?! My credit card info was on the app.Dont understand what their issue is.

The truck I received didn't drive well. The front end was starting to shake when you hit 60mph and the rpms went way to high when I was driving down hill. I notified roadside assistance and the tech when I dropped it off. This was not a good experience

I would strip this location of Uhaul. If this is the type of people that represent U-Haul, I will not visit this location again and recommend that no one else does.

Allow for more than one phone number to be used for pick-up and check in. It was difficult to get the locked key when the phone used to make the reservation is different from the person that will be driving it. And only use text messages and not emails. Some people do not have their email on their phones.

This was absolutely absorbed. Your website quoted me under 50 dollars to rent the van for 2 full days. Taxes and fees were mentioned but there is no reason why they can't be accurately added to the price. I ended up paying 77 dollars for 24 hours. I'm so tired of being ripped off by every single company i do business with. If I can help it, I will never use your company again. All that being said the people working that location were friendly and worked with me to bring the price down as much as they could. Had I known it would be so expensive and I would have such a limited amount of time to use the vehicle, I would have carried my stuff on my back.

I made a reservation for a trailer and when I got there I explained that my drivers license was expired and that I had renewed it on line. The guy there got a real pissy attitude and basically gave me a hard time. I showed him the emails from the State proving that the license was renewed. Because of his attitude, I'll never go in that place again and will tell anyone going in there about it. Grrrrrr
