Vito MI booked a uhaul truck with a furniture dolly because i needed to move big furniture. I picked the truck up before the place opened and the dolly wasn't in there. I called later when they opened thinking they would be helpful and deliver the dolly to me, but they just said "We don't have dollys here." Why was I able to book one online then? I had to get more help to pick up the heavy stuff. It was horrible. Will never use Uhaul again.

Mitchell BThey called my home phone in NH when I was picking up in PA. No attempt to email or contact in another way. I went to the preferred location and finally was informed the pickup was at another location. Your data should indicate what phone numbers are used for as I entered my home phone for billing purposes.
