Uhaul is a scam, robbed me of my money, turned in my truck in less than a day no refund

Good costumer service, my drop off time to this location was at 8:30 , however the place does not open till 10 , the place is 18 miles away from Laredo which created a confusion with the " extra miles", the personnel was nice enough to fix this co fusion.

This location was 20 miles away, not considered Laredo Texas. What was more troubling was the UHAUL PROVIDED THE WRONG TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR THIS LOCATION !!!!!!! It took an hour to get the trailer and I'm not liking the UHaul system anymore

This location is nice but too far from Laredo Texas and there were closer places to return but we were not allowed.

Uhaul system assigned me a drop off location 60miles round trip far from me just because the location didnt have equipment now it's my fault that location didnt have equipment and I had to pay the price...
