The trailer that I rented, 5' X 8', was not 5 feet wide, only 52 inches wide from rail to rail. This cause me to make twice as many trips. Suggest the trailer dimensions be corrected or state "actual usable" dimensions.

The truck overheated having the A/C on. It was run a short distance too. I also was given a different truck because the one assigned to me was accidentally rented out to someone else. I was also not refunded gas money and/or was not charge $1,09 per mile as informed by clerk.

The uhaul truck was on empty upon pick up with the gas light on. The driver's side window handle was missing its grip. The vehicle was dirty on the inside cockpit. Rental company stated they would provide a discount they did not. They also stated it was a 24-hour rental I was charged for 48 hours. I returned the rental prior to 9:11am, on the receipt form it stated I returned it at 9:54 which I did not. I returned the vehicle prior to my pickup time.

The truck was worn down didn't get to pack in the household items the 20" truck had worn out breaks. Scary to think they rent those death traps. Had to go to a different location and rent another truck. SMH totally disappointed in UHAUL I NEED A SOLUTION BECAUSE I WAS ROBBED.

truck needs a tune up, rough middle. brakes need work. also needs new windshield wipers. only 1/4 tank of gas. it did it's job for short range but a wouldn't want to take it on a long haul.

The original order was to pick up the truck at 8 am at a different location, there was no truck available and they didn't call to notify us, we had to wait 4 hours to pick up the truck at this other location. At this location they honored the time that we asked to have it rented ( 8 hrs), the gentleman was courteous. Call center takes too long to answer the call.

i was overcharged a gas fee after returning and the truck had trash in it.

There was no gas in the truck. I was told it was stolen out of the truck. But when I received my receipt it said the truck had almost a half of tank. Which wasn't true at all I was charged more than I was told I was going to be charged.

The owner of seven day Tire was so awesome...I do not like the check out system of using the phone..Our phone didn't work n u charged us $20 bc it didn't go thru..We were trying to check in and return the truck thru your system by phone for over 45 min never could do it ... NOT COOL!! THE OWNER MARTIN MADE IT RIGHT FOR US ..BC of him I would use U-Haul at his location in Spring Valley California..

Not the spring valley locations fault but the national city location we were scheduled to return to called while we were driving to them to say they were full and re routed us to spring valley. We were super disappointed to have to drive 20 minutes and waste extra gas to return the trailer to a different location. Cost us extra money.

Vehicle needs to be retired. Head lights hardly work, had to drive with high beams the whole time. Driver door handle was broken and the cargo bag leaked everywhere.

Fast and easy to to pick up stuff

The customer service from this tire shop turned U-Haul distributor was horrible. their systems didn't link with other locations and when I tried to purchase a studio sized box truck he stated there was none available and tried to sell me a two bedroom size box truck that was the most expensive available. Looking outside I saw there was a cargo van and asked if that was available and he said yes. He was more than happy to try and upsell me on a larger size vehicle I did not need and also told me I needed to return the U-Haul in 2 hours because they closed at 3:00 p.m. . I arrived at 2:30 and the location was already closed luckily the drop off is on on all online. Upon returning the U-Haul I saw I was not due until 7:00 p.m. and there was no reason to rush all day long. Keeping this location active is only going to ruin U-Haul's reputation as this mechanic shop is not interested in customer service or representing U-Haul

The truck wasn't there when I showed up, and I was 1,5 hours late picking it up. I was told the truck wasn't returned yet. No call, nothing. Luckily the truck showed up literally as I was leaving. This could have put me in a really bad spot. Work on your communication people.

They have give the truck with an completely empty gas and he said ooh we dont have to go back inside and fixed the paper which showed in paper that have 1/4 tank of fuel, he said just bring back empty don’t worry we won’t charged you for fuel, also they charged me for 2 days and i rent it just one day, this is a scam and i need my money back, also i have pictures showing how was the fuel before i start in case you need it

It was a tire store with a few trailers. Just didn't have that safe well kept site feeling. The person there was very nice and helpful and knew what he was doing.
