The rental was two hours late because they did not setup for mobile pickup. I'm told that I will get a $50 refund.

The staff was friendly. The truck was dirty inside. The truck was serviceable. In general, I did my job on this truck, but if we talk about evaluation, I would still like to get a clean truck inside, without debris. In any case, thank you that customers have the opportunity to remove the truck and do some of their own business for a small cost. For example, cars are handed over to Penske after cleaning. There is no negative, just my opinion about it.

For this particular site, I would ask the staff to do a better job of making sure all trash has been removed from the cab and also the storage area. Also, they should be noting the actual miles when the vehicle is returned. I was charged for mileage I estimated and not actual mileage. The staff at this site were very nice.

Location is run out of a gas station. Attendant didn't give any paperwork, made me grab and lift the Dollie's and bags into the truck across the parking lot. then upon return at 3:30pm, he wouldn't check in the rental. Said he was busy with something and would check the truck in in a moment . I Waited outside for about 10 min. I didn't receive a receipt until almost 10:30pm.

He didn't seem to know anything about the truck

The truck I used was never checked in from previous rental. The truck they wanted to assign me was 3 deep behind other 26 ft trucks. The key to the middle truck could not be found. Owner tried to move the truck assigned to me going out the back but would not work. I told the owner to give me the truck that was not checked in properly since I had movers coming in 30 mins and I had 25 mins to drive back home. He gave me that truck. I called the commercial center number and the nice lady fixed the issues so the truck I took was in my name. Bad experience using this location. But, U-Haul lady fixed it.

i asked to check the equipment with me they did not on both end when i picked up and when i dropped it in so i had to take pictures of gas level and speedometer again when i picked it up and when i dropped it off i used the very station to put gas i have my document and credit card to prove it shamelessly they charged me fir gas ??!!!!! overcharging is illegal and theft it is stilling off my credit card without any authorization i am very upset and angry when i give my credit card i trust u hall but that trust was abused it is a shame i will dispute with my credit card company this outrages act

Make sure the customer is aware of the mileage BEFORE they leave the lot. Allow them to monitor their miles while they have the truck. My display only showed gas usage and I feel like that is a bit sketchy!!!!

We needed to change the name of the driver and were able to do it with no delay. Being able to pickup the truck early on Saturday is a plus. Good service!

Do not overcharge your clients, do not charge for things that were not ask for, ie premium insurance, charge for an extra day when truck was returned in couple of hour of using, do not run a gas station and U-Haul at the same time will just take so much longer !

The vehicle struggle to start and was banged and damaged in several places one of the front lights didn't work. Location was closed and you had to go to the gas station convenience store to finish the rental.

The female attendant was nice But, didn't offer any paperwork for the rental, Didn't have me sign any docs, didn't take me out to the truck, i had to go find the correct unit. the most annoying thing was that i had to go directly to put fuel in the unit. The inside smelled like the previous renter smoked it in and then closed it up. it was not as clean as you would expect. dirt on the floor and what looked to be dried snot on the sun visor. other than that it was alright.

Not a thing!! The two gentlemen who moved my belongings were very respectful and completed the job to my satisfaction! I will definitely recommend this moving service to family and friends!!

The truck was old and makes alot of unnecessary noise. It was loud and I can barely here the radio or place a phone call when inside the truck. It was not comfortable at all. I thought returning it as soon as I hop on it. I'll definitely not use that store again because my experience with old truck. I've uhual before and never been this uncomfortable

The good side they remain open late hour, reason why I came here. The truck was smelling animal, i guess they moved animal before my use. And not much of anything they can do. Good experience, would come here again.

Waited an hour, couldn't find the truck, ordered 2 stand up dollies, got zero. The tank was only 1/2 full when we got it. Shady place frankly.

The place was stinky and they only had one worker so we had to wait for a while and she didn’t asked me if I wanted insurance and just added it without my knowledge …I think this place needs to just stay a gas station and not a uhail location and the trucks were dirty and stinky as well

The a/c didn't work for hours then when it finally started working had a bad odor giving me a light headache. Talk to U-Haul they said to call roadside assistance which I didn't have time to wait on I shouldn't have to stop my day to wait on roadside when these trucks should be inspected before being rented out

The wait time was over 15 minutes and was not prepared also the dolly as not given to me so i had to drive back which added to the mileage that I was charged at the end for.

This was the best and smoothest process I’ve ever had with renting a uhaul.

Staff seemed reluctant to assist me and did not have the equipment prepared in advance as it was supposed to. Also tried to charge me twice as much and argued with me over the pricing, tried to add insurance even though I declined it on my order and made me jump thru hoops to decline it again. Even tried to scare me into getting it after I showed my existing insurance. Not happy with staff, but the equipment itself was as advertised.

The Uhaul truck that was assigned to me smelled like a fish market. It smelled so bad that now my furniture smells like fish. Very poorly cleaned and maintained truck.

Location was awesome but the truck was a piece of sh::t sorry for the language but I've never got a truck like this before the front end was shaken like I've never seen before. You could feel it in a steering wheel. It was rattling as if there was a bunch of chains underneath just dangling, and someone was rattling them the brakes. You really had a press to the floor to get it to stop it was bad.

The van had food & drink trash from the previous renter in the cab. There was a 3 foot long front windshield crack I have had good experiences with this location on 3 prior rentals but this time was not up to standard. I will still likely give them another try for my next rental hoping for their prior excellent service and products.

I came after hours so dropped off the key at a convenience store. There was terrific signage to direct me where to go to do so, both at the U-Haul office and at the convenience store.

My initial pick up was at the neighborhood location on 2040 Spring creek. The truck had brakes issues my supplies was not in the truck and the whole experiance was awful. I switched locations in the last minute and 7 stars got me a truck and some supplies very fast.
