Bhargav Ram K.Everything is good except the truck is shaking like it's going collapse. I can tell front axel are bad. Front of the truck goes up and down like wheels are made of oval shape wheels. I was really disappointed with that. Very uncomfortable and damage some of my boxes.

ROBERT S.the gentleman helping did not start checking us in until after 8am, when our reservation began at 8am and we even arrived 10 min early. Then he did not speak fluent English so it was hard to understand him. When I had to ask him to repeat himself, he would get mad and rude. He took a personal phone call while he was checking us in, which put us behind schedule. Then he proceeded to tell me to be back earlier than 1pm which is when I had the vehicle until because he had another reservation at 1. My reservation was at 8 and we did not leave the store until 8:45. We had to rush to get moved and have the truck back before 1pm. I do not recommend this location at all. Rude and unprofessional.

Patrick O.THE DROP OFF LOCATION, U-HAUL, 2716 K AVE., PLANO TX, WHERE THEY HAD ME DROP OFF THE TRAILER WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, I WENT UP TO THE DESK AND EXPLAINED TO, NAYHA, THAT I WAS RETURNING THE TRAILER AND SHE TOLD ME TO GO UNHOOK THE TRAILER AND I RESPONDED THAT I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT AND THE GUY THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO DO IT WENT OUT FOR MANY HOURS, SHE THEN GOT A MAN WHO WAS DINING NEXT DOOR TO COME AND UNHOOK THE TRAILER....I HAVE NEVER HAD A PERSON TELL ME TO GO UNHOOK A TRAILER THAT I AM RENTING FROM THEM. I DO NOT WORK AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND TO BE TOLD TO DO IT WAS VERY CONCERNING TO ME REGARDING THE SAFETY PROCEDURES THAT ARE IN PLACE AT THIS BUSINESS. IT WAS ALL TOO SHADY AND I WILL NOT RENT FROM U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!

It was great to be able to return at any time, but I didn't realize I needed to use the app or website to return it. Please make that clear for the next renters. Merci!
Dianna J.My uhaul battery died while parked. The person who I spoke to at the location was of very little help. He was really unhelpful, he hung up on me several times, and when I tried to ask him questions about what to do he met telling me “I'm just an employee, I don't know.â€

Awful customer service. The lady's excuse for no communication? “I guess it was a busy morningâ€. Ridiculous.

klementina M.Just remember to always check that the back door opens easily. I know the maintenance truck-checkers are pretty strong. So when they check over each vehicle that's returned they think it opens okay. But in reality those back lift doors can need some servicing to make them go up smoother without needing a ton of muscle. :) That's the only feedback I have. This place is excellent, and I'll probably go back there again next time I need a day rental U-Haul!

JOHN W.The 20 foot truck I requested was not available and the warning came at 821 which was 9 minutes before I was to pick it up . Option to go to another location was not an option as I had two people with me and limited time to get move done . The larger truck offered would not fit in garage of apartments and would have caused me to work much harder and longer . The smaller 15 foot truck made the packing take much longer as well .. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and will use another company next time . I returned right at 5 pm And no one was there to check the truck so that took more time

Cody B.MUST READ PLEASE First of all Communication is the poiriorty key.i call you guys to reserve the truck.the lady on the phone was awesome. She reserve my truck 26 foot on Thursday 24 Thanksgiving day 10 am.she told us we will open this location. So here we go with a raining Thanksgiving with crew standing in my house and we are coming this location to pick up the truck. So what .office is close and sign say if you have any questions next window. We go there talk to the guy.he say shop is close and we don't have any reservations on holiday. So what got my blood pressure high because I pay people to come and help me now no truck.any how the guy on the shop he help us.with a excellent service and he provides us the key with the new reservations. Now we have truck working on it.i ask the lady I need truck for 24 hours because of all this mess everything mess.when I am middle of the moving I saw on the receipt we have 13 hours only not 24 hours .so now we rush the process because we have to give back truck and it was raining. If I have 24 hour than I can movie some next day .any hiw we call u haul but it's close.than we call the next store we're we pick the key.so they did not answer. Going straight forward voice mail.now my blood pressure and my sugar got high. Any how we finish bring truck back .put gas .took pictures. Clean truck and look it.took the number form the shop the guy help us.call him he did not answer. next I got e mail I charged extra $40 gas in my card and receipt. So what I call his personal phone and talk to him and him I got charged but I put gas.i have pictures. I put more than that what I took it.he told me send pictures and I send it .so my blood pressure go high again omg what's going on.i got mad.so he text me he refunded $40 back in my card.so I say thank .so over all I pay $108 with rush and not good experience since we started. whole fully you read all this.i know how I am go thru with all. THUS ALL :(
waqas javed A.I am however hesitant about doing business with your location again because I was overcharged for the actual rental itself and wasn't refunded the difference based on the receipt vs the final charge.
CYNTHIA G.They need ramps put on the small trucks, but the truck was clean, it ran well and we worked around ramp-less-ness. The employees who helped me set up the rental were great and as always, so was the price. Thanks, UHaul!
