Clean the truck because the truck was not clean.We had to sweep it out and everything because it was trash all in the truck

Millie BLocation was awesome but the truck was a piece of sh::t sorry for the language but I've never got a truck like this before the front end was shaken like I've never seen before. You could feel it in a steering wheel. It was rattling as if there was a bunch of chains underneath just dangling, and someone was rattling them the brakes. You really had a press to the floor to get it to stop it was bad.
devita jThe van had food & drink trash from the previous renter in the cab. There was a 3 foot long front windshield crack I have had good experiences with this location on 3 prior rentals but this time was not up to standard. I will still likely give them another try for my next rental hoping for their prior excellent service and products.

Michael PI came after hours so dropped off the key at a convenience store. There was terrific signage to direct me where to go to do so, both at the U-Haul office and at the convenience store.

xiaogang zMy initial pick up was at the neighborhood location on 2040 Spring creek. The truck had brakes issues my supplies was not in the truck and the whole experiance was awful. I switched locations in the last minute and 7 stars got me a truck and some supplies very fast.

Bhargav REverything is good except the truck is shaking like it's going collapse. I can tell front axel are bad. Front of the truck goes up and down like wheels are made of oval shape wheels. I was really disappointed with that. Very uncomfortable and damage some of my boxes.

ROBERT Sthe gentleman helping did not start checking us in until after 8am, when our reservation began at 8am and we even arrived 10 min early. Then he did not speak fluent English so it was hard to understand him. When I had to ask him to repeat himself, he would get mad and rude. He took a personal phone call while he was checking us in, which put us behind schedule. Then he proceeded to tell me to be back earlier than 1pm which is when I had the vehicle until because he had another reservation at 1. My reservation was at 8 and we did not leave the store until 8:45. We had to rush to get moved and have the truck back before 1pm. I do not recommend this location at all. Rude and unprofessional.

Patrick OTHE DROP OFF LOCATION, U-HAUL, 2716 K AVE., PLANO TX, WHERE THEY HAD ME DROP OFF THE TRAILER WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, I WENT UP TO THE DESK AND EXPLAINED TO, NAYHA, THAT I WAS RETURNING THE TRAILER AND SHE TOLD ME TO GO UNHOOK THE TRAILER AND I RESPONDED THAT I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT AND THE GUY THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO DO IT WENT OUT FOR MANY HOURS, SHE THEN GOT A MAN WHO WAS DINING NEXT DOOR TO COME AND UNHOOK THE TRAILER....I HAVE NEVER HAD A PERSON TELL ME TO GO UNHOOK A TRAILER THAT I AM RENTING FROM THEM. I DO NOT WORK AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND TO BE TOLD TO DO IT WAS VERY CONCERNING TO ME REGARDING THE SAFETY PROCEDURES THAT ARE IN PLACE AT THIS BUSINESS. IT WAS ALL TOO SHADY AND I WILL NOT RENT FROM U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!

It was great to be able to return at any time, but I didn't realize I needed to use the app or website to return it. Please make that clear for the next renters. Merci!
Dianna JMy uhaul battery died while parked. The person who I spoke to at the location was of very little help. He was really unhelpful, he hung up on me several times, and when I tried to ask him questions about what to do he met telling me "I'm just an employee, I don't know."

KELLY LNot cancel my reservation for no reason. I received no phone call, no text, no email. Luckily, there was one truck left but then I'm somehow getting charged $30 more than what it said online. Awful customer service. The lady's excuse for no communication? "I guess it was a busy morning". Ridiculous.

klementina mJust remember to always check that the back door opens easily. I know the maintenance truck-checkers are pretty strong. So when they check over each vehicle that's returned they think it opens okay. But in reality those back lift doors can need some servicing to make them go up smoother without needing a ton of muscle. :) That's the only feedback I have. This place is excellent, and I'll probably go back there again next time I need a day rental U-Haul!
