This experience of renting a dolly on short notice was quite pleasant. We were greeted very friendly and professionally. I would truly like to thank the folks who helped us rent this device which worked perfectly for what we needed it for and I will in the future when required to return to this place of rental and recommend every encounter I have with persons in need of such equipment in the future. Again Thank You Very Much.
DANNY MThis location didn't give us any help. There was no Jack to help lift the trailer onto the truck hitch. The trailer was old and difficult to hook up and we were totally on our own to do it.

Agapito AYou should include. Lockout srrviice with the policy .It should be with the covage for your trucks ..One policy. Should. Cover everything.

Ernest AThese guys are AWESOME and here is why. I needed a 20' truck to move all my belongings in 1 shot. I was offered the 26' truck for the same price! The upgrade was a time saving game changer! It would have taken 2 trips in the 20' truck. I will recommend this location highly. Thanks again.

Miguel SIf you live in that town that I had to drive to then maybe but was really inconvenient for pick up when the original location was less then a quarter mile from my house that I was moving from then was charged for a extra day and an extra overage of miles I was originally quoted 130 dollars before tax and ended up paying 230 dollars to start then when I dropped the truck off was charged another 17,5 dollars I have to say the whole truck experience was ok except that the suspension on the truck was really bad but I survived its purpose but the on line part of it was to totally dysfunctional.
MARK RTrailer was sitting in mud, the location didn’t hook up the trailer or even offer to help me.
Louie HKeys to the vehicle was not in the key box, had to wait an hour for the store to open.

Terry WThe only problem I had, was that I couldn't view my receipt. I don't know if it was my phone, or why it wouldn't download. Other than that, everything was great, especially location being so near.
connie mHave equipment that doesn't break down and if it does have some experience hands to fix it. Don't be rude to the customer because they are always right I was treated very shitty there.

Joe jInsure venture is complying with proper procedures such as a walk through with customer on vehicle bring used. The truck I rented had the transmission slipping and wad all banged up.

gerree wU Haul called, texted, and emailed me to ask about a missing/late truck. I had turned the truck in @4:05 the same day I rented it. They said "maybe the agent hasn't closed the contract yet. Well, maybe U-Haul should check with their agents BEFORE worrying the bejammers out of their customers.

sandra fYour systems are too slow and the redundancy of information requests makes the process of renting a Uhaul a lot slower. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to rent a dolly.. $49 Is too much for the hour i used the dolly for..
