CHARSSE WATERSEnjoyed meeting the staff here who guided me to parking the vehicle, checked all the lights (which I thought was GREAT as a safety check for future renters), explained my extra charge (went over mileage - all good!), and was just easy to work with. Zero complaints and would definately recommend this place.

Alan BrockMy issue is uhaul not the location. Uhaul treats there customers like shit. I have tried multiple times to talk to customer service and no return calls no nothing. Sitting on hold for hours and all you get is use the app to answer all your questions. Not even close I can't get a reply to fix the issue. Uhaul SUCKS !!!

Keith PeltierI don't understand why it was so difficult to return the equipment. I rented on 2/21/2022and returned the equipment on2/23/2022. I was not my fault the the incorrect trailer number was put on the contract. I was told multiple times that the contract was closed, however I continued to receive call from different U-Haul dealers. This went on until 2/26/2022. All were asking when am I going to return the equipment. This became a very disturbing and stressful experience. Too many interruptions while I was conducting business. Not happy with this.

Wallace Dunnstop charging double the rate over the online rate and charging for a extra day rental when I didnt have it a extra day in fact only had it for 3 hours

Thomas Cordellstill have not heard from anyone about my last experience. My equipment was not ready on time, had to wait for it, no one was there at the location to help. Was supposed to receive 50$ off because it was not ready. Which was confirmed by UHaul representative over the phone. When We finally did get the keys to the track after waiting almost an hour, the equipment was not in there and i had to ask for it. Also there was barely any gas in it. It has been over 48 hours and I have not heard back to discuss it.

SCOTT ALLSTONBe clear about the charges! They had me down for 5 days and I told them my trip would only take 2. I was told I my bill would be adjusted after drop off. Now I'm told that is not the case. I'm very frustrated with u-hual!
russel becklyFirst thing the personnel said was "ugh man you guys have a trailer, I didn't want anymore of those. I need more trucks here." And then asked which way I came from and told me I passed another drop off locations and i should've taken it there. Also, where we parked we apparently "blocked his view". Its literally a parking spot outside next to the rest of the trailers. He wouldn't talk and we waited over ten minutes as he kept scrolling on the computer. He didn't want our service, it was obvious.

Ann ClancyFender was very lose and I had to jack it up pull the tire off and titen two bolts so it would not fall off Also the pop rivet on the tail light were almost gone only one holding it on and it broke out on us. I should charge Uhaul for my repair service

STEPHANIE FOLEYThe paperwork was messed upland the office where I returned the truck charged me a late fee. Which I explained that the truck was rented at 9am on Saturday in Jacksonville and supposed to returned on Sunday at 9 am but the paperwork was wrong and stated the truck was to be returned on Saturday in greenville in the same day and same time. Should've used Star Trek to beam me there. Please make sure I get refunded the money owed.
