Turned in the vehicle in A one tire shop@0612 19:11. The Uhaul app shut down on me and submitted as completed before finish submitting photos. I can send these pics if you need them. Merci.

The lady in the office was extremely rude and short with me. She was unhelpful when I asked questions. The truck was clean but it ran like it had transmission issues.

Location was small and quiet. It is not a large UHaul store with all your boxes. But they had exactly what I was needing and were close by.

This was my third time renting from A 1 Tire Shop. Every time I come into the office Becky is so helpful and extremely supportive. I highly recommend A 1Tire Shop to my friends

I like Renting my UHAUL from A1 Tires Shop. BECKY Elias is so fast and helpful with the transaction every time I rent. the Equipment they have on hand is always ready when you arrive. also keep in mind, if A1 Tires doesn't have a UHAUL they will search for a rental for you..

I reserved truck online. That part was fine. I went in and said my name and that I have a reservation. She said Okay and just sat there..I said I need the key please. Finally she handed the key that was on front of her. I said thanks and left..I followed the rest of directions and went on with my move. No trouble, no accidents, added gas, cleaned truck and returned truck with over 12 hours left on my day rental. My mileage was under 6 miles total. Problem is they still charged me $25 for cleaning!

Look it might not have been clean. But these were old vehicles. Which to me is on the main company, not the operators.

Greetings Future Self Movers... Don't let the location fool you. Becky over at The FM 78 location knows all there is about renting whatever you need. If they don't have on the lot she can find you a another location that has whatever your looking for.

Truck made very loud grinding noise. It was very apparent that it was in need of maintenance. When we asked he insisted this was normal and that the vehicle undergoes regular maintenance so all should be fine. Driving the 2 miles back to my house, it was clear this would not be fine. I had to call Uhaul on my own for a different truck and was then asked to drive the broken one myself 15 miles (passing MANY uhaul outlets with 20' trucks along the way) to trade it for a new truck - which all caused additional stress because I was unable to meet paid helpers I had coming - because of all these Uhaul issues.

Charged me an extra day but told me I had to turn it in 16 hours before my time was up. Charged me a cleaning fee when there was nothing in the back of the truck.

Parking lot is small and only has one exit/entrance.

I dropped off on a Sunday and used the online drop off. If you are dropping off a truck and trailer here, the space is very limited within the lot. Just not clear where to put it. Backing up and driving around the lot took alot of time due to the space constraints. If you aren't good with reversing a trailer, you may not want to pull into their lot; go when they are open and park across the side street. Another location at Elm St, just down the road, has a lot more space for parking/turning.

This was not the scheduled location, but I pulled in to use their air compressor. When the tire wouldn't hold air, the nice customer service representative told me, "we'll let you turn it in here, and we'll take care of the tire." Awesome customer service.

Place to park trucks was too tight when I to the truck back

I just have a question on my bill. I was quoted 49 dollars per day use it 2 days and returned. My total bill was 133 dollars. It had 1/2 tank gas I filled it to half a tank when returned. So, I don't know where the extra cost came from. Thanks

Not sure if it was because of the weather, but the truck that I rented smelled of dog and both dog hair and mud was in the vehicle when I rented it. The back of the truck also had mud and trash left in it.

Parking lot was extremely tiny and hard to maneuver in. I was in a GMC quad cab 8 foot bed with a car hauler. They wanted me to do a U-turn, back up and park the auto transport trailer at a odd angle.
