ROSA VCustomer Service Representative should inform customers about a $20 service fee when instructing them "make sure you park exactly where you picked it up, and just place the key in the ororange box I will take care of the rest." I could have took care of whatever "the rest" was supposed to be if you intended to charge me $20 extra to perform your job from what you made me think. My subtotal contract completely changed from what I was stated and paid. I had all these extra charges. I never paid as much as I had to pay for a uhaul going to this location. Let me nit forget mention they sent my reservation was sent in Spanish and I speak ENGLISH ONLY. I felt then that this whole rental process would be a shit show and it was! I should have follow my 1st mind and canceled.

Robert MMy rental was for a total of 4 days. I picked up on a Sunday and was not scheduled to return until Thursday. The transporter was turned in on Tuesday, October 20, 2021 and the rental truck on Wednesday, October 21, 2021. I think that the truck was rented the same day; I am not sure about the transporter. However, I think I may be due a credit for returning it prior to the deadline and especially if U - HAUL turned around and rented the same merchandise I turned in.

Derrin JService was good, instructions were clear. The office smelt heavily of cigarette smoke and the truck had a lot of dirt in it. Not the best experience but a passable one.
Todd MThe truck was clean and operable. When I returned it I took a picture of the dash and it had 74994 miles on it. The bill said it has 75003 miles, costing us an extra $8 or so. I called and complained and they said the maintenance person had driven it without telling them and I would have to come get a cash refund of the difference. As I'm too far away to make this practical, I don't find the resolution acceptable. There are far better UHaul locations and I wouldn't go back to this one.

RANDY MComment to U-haul on-line I booked the trailer for Deer Park, TX, the day before U-Haul called and changed the pickup location to Houston, TX but the location was Pasadena, TX. i tried to do the on-line check in and wold not let me get past the agreements section.
Michael BRental place smelled bad cats everywhere. Truck had a water leak all on my furniture and belongings. The shelf in the back of the truck had a brown substance on it so I could not use that area of the truck. There was not a full tank of gas in the vehicle from the start. It was a bad experience to say the least.
Patrick DWe were supposed to have a dozen blankets and a hand dolly which was not available. They did have the appliance dolly. The attendant was very apologetic when I picked up the truck and when I returned the truck. I did not have the time to run around to other Uhaul businesses so I purchased my own. I was very disappointed about the lack of blankets! This is the sort of things you share with others.
Tom SThe operator of the facility had no mechanical means to lift trailer onto the trailer hitch of my truck. I have a bad back and had to lift the trailer with assistance of a young lady to get it on the hitch. I was unable to load and unload my furniture but my back is still hurting. I had to hire people on both ends to load and unload.

karen hAt first the staff wasnt helpful. They had a child sitting at the front counter. I had to drive the trailer to the rear of the facility and unhook the trailer myself which could be a liability. In fact it seems as if they were living out of the location. Not impressed.

carol vI WAS CHARGED FOR DOLLY AND BLANKETS THAT WE DID NOT USE. THEY WERE NOT TAGGED PROPERLY AFTER THE LADT USE AND THEY ASSUMED WE BROKE THE TAGS. ALSO TRUCK WAS DIRTY AND LOCK WAS BROKE ON THE BACK. AlSO I RESERVED WITH CASH PAYMENT AND THE ASSOCIATE REFUSES TO ISSUE MY REFUND OF $30 THAT I SHOULD BE GETTING DUE TO LESS MILEAGE USED
Jennifer BOffice was closed when I arrived at 12:10 PM with a sign stating they would re-open at 12:30 PM. No one returned to open office until 12:50 PM. I was very disappointed because my past UHaul experiences over the years have all been good. Maybe they could work on being punctual. Thx.

Lori BTrailer worked great. We put about 3000 miles on it in a week without a hitch! Uh well, we did have a hitch to pull the trailer - but there were no problems with the trailer and I thought the cost was reasonable.
