I noticed the manager using his own cell phone to take pictures and stuff. It's 2023 probably should update his equipment. Manager was very helpful and friendly. Will do Business there again.

i'm not recommending Uhaul to anybody - in fact, i'm going out of my way to use Penske or literally anybody else

I rented a van for a week and they tried to charge me 4,418,00 dollars mins you there was nothing damaged or anything wrong with the van upon return, I couldn't believe they tried to charge such a ridiculous price. Very crazy if you ask me.

I recommend contacting this location directly. We contacted another location that only had one truck and they had not cleaned it so she called this location for me and reserved me a truck. That seems very nice except the reservation was never actual received at this location and she took half his commission. knowing that I will make the reservation myself next time so they know we are coming and they get their full commission.

Very unclear on where to drop off. Hard to tell where their property was and where to leave U-Haul without blocking anything. Someone finally came running out and pointed to a spot in front of garage doors to park.

The guy who runs Frisco road location in Sherman is really nice and very helpful. Rented several times, he always has trailer ready for you.

The rails on van were not tight, after using them they came down. Just needed the screws tightened. Very impressed with the van!

Motorcycle trailer worked great for transporting my bike. Loads very easy, has great tie down locations. Built in front wheel chock helps a bunch.
