The customer service was outstanding and the representative took his time and reviewed the contract with me to make sure that I understood everything that was in the agreement. I would highly recommend to others.

Joseph RI rented the same truck 3 times in one week and all 3 times the windshield washer fluid level was low and one if not all 4 tires needed air. I know this because of the dashboard messages everytime you started the truck AND the tpms indicator light is on. I made sure to include in my return pictures both messages in hopes that someone would address these issues but I was clearly wrong.

MICHELLE LThank you for the service. When picking up a truck by mobile phone, the instructions on your site confusing. Namely, there is "no grey button" or grey option "Pickup the truck". Even when customer arrived 5 minutes earlier pickup time, the should be some indication that pickup will become available. Otherwise customer has no clue and frustrated.
