Received a call day prior to drop off just checking to see if we were on schedule. The scan code made the process seamless.

The best part was the location for pickup and drop off is great near the house and storage units. Will use them in the future.

I need to figure out how to use the app to reserve a van next time.

The application kept crashing when I used the camera sideways and the screen rotated back. I was very concerned that I was doing something incorrectly and had to go through the drop-off procedure in the app multiple times. There were no personnel on-site for drop-off. I attempted to use the not applicable option provided in the app, but the app refused to allow me to finish with that option selected.

They have 1 person running back and forth between shops for customer service and did not explain any of the rental contract or go over any conditions for the rental and upon requesting my deposit back they went and claimed the equipment was damaged 2 days after I returned it , no one was there to inspect the equipment upon return and there was no damage when I returned it and they did not inspect the equipment with me when I rented it That location can be improved if the had trained personnel present and informed to give customer assistance, I've used other locations and l've never had any issues before

Maybe make the computer they use To check you in user friendly. The guy we had checking us in had a hard time Should have just copied my drivers license and I should have been on my way. Took almost an hour because of how he had to get my info in there. To be fair he was just learning. That's why I gave 5 stars. Computers are hard for some.
