Only issue I had was that I arrived at 09:30 and the 'OPEN' sign was on - even though the store did not open until 10. This is just a minor housekeeping item - rental experience was excellent.

I was very pleased with the customer service extended to me. It was a last-minute change that led to needing a moving truck. I arrived 5 mins before closing and I was not rushed. All my questions were answered. The gentleman was courteous and friendly. I will need rentals in the near future and this will be my go to location. This was in a paved parking lot with plenty of space to maneuver. Easy drop off. The office needs a larger sign. They are only open a few hours a day. I left a message the next day and received a call back confirming the trailer was there. They asked if there were any problems with the trailer and I told them there was one clearance light not working. They also sent an email confirming the trailer was in their lot. Much better conditions to drop off than to pick up.

Mick was very friendly and helpful! The only thing I could add to improve the location, is the addition of pick up trucks. The mini mover worked fine and is great to have in case of rain. But sometimes you just need a pick up truck!

My drop off weather was a monsoon during the tropical storm, but Greg was outstanding. I was in and out in a few minutes and he even came out with his hood on to assist me backing in a space.
