Gerald BThis location is very muddy. By the time the rep came out to assist, I already had the truck (previously rented earlier that day) backed up and 100 % hooked up to the car hauler that I was renting. In their defense, I hold a CDL A and took just minutes to back in and get it done. Was concerned about the mud though because U-Haul can charge a clean out fee if it's returned dirty. Seems only appropriate that it should be provided at a clean location that isn't going to be a major contributing factor to muddy floorboards.

Richard KI rented a car hauling trailer for the third time in the last couple of years and you could not ask for a better trailer. There is no way that I could own a trailer, license it and maintain it for the few times I need one for what it costs to rent them from U-Haul. "A Plus Towing" always makes the rental go so smooth, very friendly, easy access and just a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Beth and "A Plus Towing" for making the rental process so easy.
COBURN AHave used this location for drop offs for the past 18 months during a slow move in between contractors working on our house. The folks that run the place are absolutely top notch would recommend to all.

larry rI rented the 5x9 trailer with ramp. it towed really well empty and just as well with about 300lbs. The trailers is built like a tank and the ramp is spring loaded to take the weight off to raise and lower it. The owners of this location are very friendly and efficient, sent me texts, called to remind me to upload my license and confirm the pickup. Very friendly, I will use A Plus Towing in the future.

Cindy Hwhen rented they had ne drop 35 ,miles ( in the city of Chicago) 35 miles away why? ( this is a 65 min return, from were i am at. where is the customer service. I had to arrange to return only 2 miles away. will tell all you are not thinking of me first. poor customer service.
DOUGLAS SI thank GOD for them. I was Moving from Lewiston, Ny to Germantown Ohio and ordered my u-Haul from my local dealer on GI only to discover that the day before I was to pick up my rental that it was not going to be available. I was told I could go to Canada for the closest pick up! I explained that there was NO WAY I could cross the border because I didn't have a passport! After numerous calls I found a rental that my kids could pick up in Ohio and drive it to my house! A Plus GUARANTEED me that they would have the truck available for my son to pick up and calmed me down, they were a very special couple that run this place and I'm very appreciative of everything that they've done for me in a stressful situation. I was fortunate enough to find these angels!
EDWARD WThe moving process with u-haul was straight forward. There were some minor bugs, but were basically my misunderstandings of the process and u-haul quickly resolved any issues. I would definitely use u-haul again and recommend.

Dan Mthere was no gas around this place so i got an extra charge for milage because i had to go further to get gas. They should tell you ahead of time.
ERic CMark and his son went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I couldn't of been happier. I even had to call when I was on the road and Mark was able to answer my questions. Assistance was given to help load up my car onto the dolly. Arrived safe and secure

Rick CThe lady started texting me that she opened up her store so I could pick up my uhaul early where was I. I was picking it up and was going to use the online pick up since the place would be closed. Got their dog running lose she wanted coooes of my drivers license and references and a credit card. I paid online, booked online and was expecting just to pick it up not I'm all of this bs holding me up. I have been a customer of uhaul many times. Absolutely the biggest PIA at this location never again. I am planning on moving some of my things to my storage unit soon and am debating on just trying to rent a van anywhere at this point.

William MOnly issue was that I tried to use my phone to pick up the truck, but the data coverage at this location is not great and I was unable to. So, we switched back to doing a paper check in process.

lara rWe had reserved the truck for 8:30 March 5th they did give us a call and say that the truck was going to be late and to be there for 9:15 we showed up at 9:15 the truck was still not that but other than that it was a good experience
Corey KWhen I called them about the trailer jumping off hitch they said they had no one to help. I ended up waiting until I got help from people passing by. When I got there the lady was very friendly and helpful.
