Had the first reservation in the morning and Waited 2 hours for my truck to arrive even though promised I would be able to pick up on time.I had movers, salvation army, and a friend waiting on me and late. Risked all of them leaving and being unable to move. Requesting a Full Refund for my bad experience.

Tiffany R.Make sure the truck is in the location that is stated on the registration and the lockbox location should be very clear. For people who are not familiar with the location, this is a nuisance. One employee (male) was extremely nice and a pleasure to talk to but on the day of my checkout, the young lady did not accept my coupon and was having difficulty scanning the QR code. She was pleasant but with all of the other difficulties that I had with this rental (along with the price being incorrect), the 20 min checkout was a bother. I understand that she was not from this location but all persons who work here should be trained to properly checkout customers. Overall, this uhaul experience was not good at all- from beginning to end.

You have to indicate in the ad on the vehicle that its 19,99 plus other charges. What if I only had $20.00. That was the only issue I had. Bad advertising

On top of that, the A/C did not work in the truck. Last time I will ever use U-Haul. Looking to see if U-Haul will discount the fees incurred. Won't hold my breath.

The service was terrible.The vehicle had the check engine light as well as the service tire monitor system lights on the entire time. The customer service person had no idea where the keys were actually located.. They told me to walk around the entire plaza and look for “a large orange box†to find the keys for the vehicle. Approximately 40 minutes later ..I called another customer service number to finally find them . Never again

Stefano M.I was told I could drop the truck at another location. I dropped the truck at another location 2 hours away and was called the next day to say if I didn't pick it back up I would have to pay $300 extra. I had to drive back 2 hours away, pick up the truck and drive it back down to the original location then be charged for an additional day. I would like someone to call me back and also would like a refund for the miscommunication. I wouldn't recommend UHaul to anyone.

ORLEASE D.Make the overall pricing cheaper maybe. I paid around $700 for a weekend rental. The gas fee was insane, almost half a tank and I was charged $55 when I know very well I could have filled the whole damn tank for about the same price. I will never use u-haul again and never recommend anyone to use it. The woman doing the rental never explained to me the fees of gas or fill up policy. I was initially charged $278,58 for the rental and when I returned it, I was charged an ADDITIONAL $412. U-haul is disgusting for charging people like this. NEVER AGAIN. I plan on leaving this same review on Yelp and Google

Prior to it they told me I could call 1-800 uhaul to confirm it been return, which I did, instead of advising me of this certain number you had to call, so these assholes charged me an extra 21 dollars because of I didn't make the proper return call. RIP OFFS, just another scam.

Stenor P.It took me over 20 minutes to get the truck at checkout. The business owner never checked in the truck so they couldn't rent it to me until they figured out why the machine was not letting them continue. Once in the truck every single dashboard light was on check engine light, oils change light tire pressure light. This vehicle was not maintained and I was glad I only had it for a few hours to move a table. I will not be renting from this location ever again. I think I'll give Pensky a try next time I need a quick in town rental.

The women at the Postal Pack & Ship was very helpful, professional & made sure to spray & wipe-down all surfaces with disinfectants on the van before I drove off. Overall a great experience.
