Phillip HendersonI did the drop off process through the app and it was unsuccessful. I went through the prompts but had no service to continue through. It said I returned it but I never got a code to get into the gate. So had to call customer service for help but waited 20 min - did a live chat at the same time and still nothing. Luckily, someone was coming out so we were able to get in that way. It wasn't a great experience. There has to be a better way to get access to the code or the gate.
Chelsea BronsteinLove to rent from this location ! Michael is very helpful very cordial friendly makes the paperwork very easy expedite everything explains every detail in reference to your rental. I also have a unit there that he has helped me with and made it amazingly amazingly easy.. love the new Ford vans seater comfortable very techy, friendly and up-to-date. Please Alway stock the new Ford band at this location. We love them. I also have a few friends renting from this U-Haul location because they say the people are friendly and the vans are nice and clean and much newer and up-to-date, thanks again U-Haul

David GrimesEmployee told me the trailer was having issues with the lights but it was fixed, then half an hour into my trip the lights shut off, waited 2 hours for a mechanic from roadside assistance to come out then another 4 for him to get the trailer up and running, then an hour later the same issue comes back. I know my truck is not the issue because I tow 3 other personal trailers with it on a weekly basis with no issue, and the mechanic agrees it was not a truck problem, it was a trailer problem. It was a pain to get any kind of customer service from the uhaul dealer and I will not be returning to this location.

Janice WinningtonThe self-guided mobile process was terrible. The pictures kept getting rejected, the site was very slow, and it was far longer and more frustrating than checking in at a desk. When I went to return the truck the site crashed and I couldn't complete it and had to go inside the office and have them do it for me. The mobile option was completely useless.

Thomas KeenAs a frequent flyer renting Uhual trucks, I was disappointed in the services. The truck came dirty, we told the owner and said don't worry about it. When we dropped the truck off they charged us a cleaning fee............ will not be going back to this location. Take the extra 1/3 mile and head to No Hurts Uhual for better service and cleaner trucks.

Erica DangeloNeed better arrangements with mover helpers. After texting all week on the time and location they tried to change the time to 3 pm in afternoon from an 11 am start. Very bad experience. These companies should be better vetted by uhaul if they are going to recommend with over 1000 views and high stars.
Colleen MorroneI returned the truck at 4 PM instead of 3 PM because the landlord at my new place wouldn't let me in the house until later than anticipated so I was charged for a full extra day. Seems a bit excessive and felt taken advantage of. Will probably not use again.

Thomas AnderlonisThe rental process was extremely tedious. The account executive had to restart the process multiple times taking nearly 30 minutes to complete. When I arrived on site my account had apparently been flagged. The manager of the operation directed me to an 800 number. He said it was likely a non-issue, or an unpaid toll. Together, we waited on the line for 35 minutes. At the end of the day, there was a notation that on a previous rental I had to return the trailer late, which, according to that account executive notes, was deemed to be incorrect information as I actually returned it early. The U-Haul location I rented from was nearing closing, and was going to be unable to rent me the trailer until he was satisfied the issue was resolved. I do not blame the rental location management, but U-Haul for this ridiculous waste of my time. At no time during the reservation process, or the pick up process, was the issue brought to my attention. It left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and I would be highly unlikely to use U-Haul unless it was a last resort.
