The truck was perfect for our needs and they had it ready for us right at 8 AM and the gentleman that worked in the office were very nice and very helpful

This location was clean and well-maintained. The clerk was super informative and friendly. I was late and he still stayed and helped me. The truck was super clean and ready to go for my arrival. The check-in and check-out process was the easiest I have ever had at a Uhaul location and I loved it! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Your app doesn't work for me. I cannot access my account from the app. The staff at the 1-800 number was not very helpful. The staff at the UHAUL place was more helpful.

The person i met on duty when i came to pick the truck was very rude not polite.I was late but I got there 30 mins before closing and I had called twice to let them know that I was running late for I was coming from Hesperia to pick the truck in Redlands.All efforts to explain to the person on duty fell on deaf ears.He was very rude and was not polite at all Thanks

I feel I was over charged an extra day in the truck rental. I picked up the truck 10 minutes to 12 noon and returned it at the same time the following day. However, I was unaware that the staff takes lunch from 11:30 am to 1:15 pm. Leaving no one to attend to customers. They don't even have the hours of operation displayed on the door or window . How am I to know they were closed for lunch. So unfa. Makes me feel like I was robbed.

They charged that I never use it. I need to complain why they charged that I never use gasoline. Also I came back before closed time but they charged after hours service fee. I never come back this store. Uhaul need to check branches.

I live 5 min away and I thought the service was fast and easy. We returned the uhaul within 3 hrs and it was very easy to do so.

U hauls radio didn’t work, kind of a bummer for a long drive!

Customer service was horrible! The manager was rude and I accommodating. I had an 8:00 reservation but was told I had to wait 30-35 minutes to be serviced due to the manager not knowing about my reservation. He decided to help another customer instead which told 40 minutes. I waited patiently and the customer thanked me for being patient but the manager ignored the fact. I had already checked in online so when he did decide to assist me it took approximately 5 minutes. All in all, the service at this location was very poor and non-accommodating. I know next time!

1. Have all the equipment that was reserved. We reserved a 20' truck & dolly. No dolly. Other UHaul centers have furniture pads & dolly in the truck. 2. Don't post the guarantee - (If we can't fulfill your reservation then we will pay you $50.) unless you're willing to keep it. 3. We were told to go to another UHaul center to get our equipment. So we & our referrals should just go to the other UHaul center. 4. Since the truck was dirty & NOT swept out upon receipt we didn't bother since we were exhausted from the move and disappointed with the service. Of course we were charged.

Booked a 15' truck online 1 day before our rental date. Truck was clean and ready when we came to pick it up. The truck we rented was quite new, it only had 500 miles on it. Loading ramp was easy to use. The location was closed around 3pm and a sign said they would be back at 3:30pm, but you can drop off the keys in a box to return the truck. Was sent the finalized bill the next day by email. Would book at this location again if needed.

I waited 20 min (before I decided to call the number) to get approved and get access to the keys. Other than that, I thought this was a great experience!!!

Clean the truck before renting it out. Make sure employees are giving out accurate information. Do not charge customers who return the vehicle back before the store opens for another day.

Clerk indicated that the existing damage was "in the record and did not need to be documented". Attempt to submit photo to Uhaul failed and when went back into shop it was closed/locked.

The attendant, I forgot his name, was very serviceable and professional. He went thru the list of items I've ordered online to make sure it was all I needed, and sure enough I have ordered too many pads. He was able to correct that I am was very happy. Good job

I've usually had bad experiences with U-Hauls but this location was way better. The person who checked out the U-Haul for me genuinely wanted to provide customer satisfaction, was polite, and really informative. 5/5 would come back

Wish you had hourly rates. We only needed the truck for an hour, but found out that someone else wanted it that day. So, we turned the key in 1,5 hours after we rented it so they could get it. Seems wrong to rent the same truck twice for the exact same 24 hour period. Guess we should have kept the key for the whole day? Or, only been charged for the 60 minutes we had it. That would be nicer.

1) Someone had smoked in the truck so it was smelly. 2) I booked online and picked up using the Uhaul App at about 7,3am. The truck was ready and I assumed that the furniture dolly, moving pads and appliance dolly I had ordered were also in the back of the truck. THEY WERE NOT! This is really frustrating because the Uhaul app should ask or allow you to rent additional equipment if they cannot be provided by the pick-up time! I didn't realize I didn't have what I had reserved until after arriving at the apartment to move. Uhaul should deliver the items to me rather than me having to spend money and time returning to pick up stuff that had been paid for. As of today I haven't received a notice stating that money for things I rented but were unavailable have been returned to me. The problem was not with the location, it is with your system. It is flawed and that is really annoying. I want my money back.

I arrived in Redlands after 6pm on 12/5/2018 and I called (909) 253-0598 for A Storage Place, no answer and they had already closed at 5pm. I called the Henderson, NV U-Haul (702) 568-6797 and spoke to Deja. She informed me that there was no after hours drop-off. I left the truck overnight in Redlands. On 12/6, I called (800) Go U-Haul and spoke to Allen @ 9:59 to 10:08am. Allen was very short and rude. At 12:17pm I confirmed with A Storage Place / Anthony (909) 675-1607 that the 20 foot truck was returned and he will correct their contact # for future customers.

There were no locks for the truck available. It would have been helpful to be able to purchase a pad lock for the truck at this location.

I have made reservations to pick up on the Redlands store got called to go pick up on Barton road the transport was all the way to upland was charged extra because I had reserved a Dollie to pull the attendant told me they had been trying to rent it for over a month very disappointed

Appointment scheduled on-line for a 11:30 pick-up. No one was at the facility until 1:00pm. Otherwise, service and truck were very good.

Did not utilize vehicle as originally needed; however expected to pay rental fee, mileage and taxes. I only had the vehicle for approx. 30 minutes and only drove seven miles (3,5 miles and return trip). Sales rep at location attempted to charge an additional ±$30 dollars for fuel. He became upset when I explained that amount does not make sense. He finally removed whatever additional fuel fee was attempted to be imposed; however, the sales rep was still overly upset that I was questioning such an unreasonable amount.

My card was charged three consecutive times on 7/5/18 for $66, $111, and another $116. i rented a truck on 7/3/18 and returned the truck and droped off the key where I got it from later that night of 7/3/18. I got insurance for the truck from uhaul and i gassed it up the same level it was earlier.

Everything was perfect. Check in was quick and easy. Reserving the vehicle ahead of time speeds up the process. Minimal paperwork and the truck was the perfect size for the job. I love the check in process upon returning the vehicle right there in the parking lot. Very low cost overall.
