I went to pick up truck and was not able to due to Uhaul systems down, so i reserved one for next day at 1:00 pm so when i get to place to pick up truck they already rented it to someone else, and tell me i can pick up truck at another location which was 12 miles away and would give me $50 credit for messing up my reservation so when i get to other location on spruce st i was not able to rent truck (honestly i dont know why, either problem with my bank card or Uhaul system..sooo i reserved another truck again for next day (feb 2nd) so i finally picked up truck and return on (feb 3rd) on time so when called about credit they had no idea what i was talking about and said they will call me in within 5 days and they see NO notes of $50 credit..but as far as the people at a storage place they are very helpful kind n professional

Not really happy with the U-Haul when I went to drop off the app could not tell me for 20 minutes where I was so because of that it cost me 2 days if you look back I have used you guys a lot but now I’ll fine some else to rent trucks from Thank you

Everything was great. The man who helped us out was very nice and made sure everything was good and correct. The only thing was we forgot to check for the dolly so we had to make a trip back, so just make sure you double check for all the stuff.

The application sucks for checking out the uhaul. I ended up talking to the store worker at the pick up location to get the truck. Fix or lose the application.

This location was great! I was upset at the fact that UHAUL inconvenienced me to drive out to Corona because they had no trucks at the location I wanted, however when I drove by there, I saw more than 5. They gave me xtra mileage and an extra day.

Where do I begin. I am extremely unhappy. I rented a uhaul truck from the magnolia location. I only used the uhaul truck for one day (October 1 @ 10:00am and returned the truck October 2 @ 9:00am). My fiancé returned the truck for me at the 6th street location (4 miles from the magnolia location). The associate at the magnolia location assured me that the truck could be returned at any location. The two locations are 4-6 miles apart from each other. When my fiancé returned the truck that told her she was good and allowed her to walk away. I was charged $34 (the correct amount) and 3 days later (October 5) was charged and additional $314. Apparently because it was no longer "in-town". If we knew that would be the case we would have returned it to the same location. I am extreeemly angry. I will never go through uhaul again. And I will ensure none of my friends / family do not get uhaul either.

Truck wasn't there when we arrived. I couldn't get much help. I had to drive to 3 different locations and ended up having to make multiple trips because we could only get a smaller truck. It was very disappointing

Steve was great, I am a manager at lafitness riverside Arlington I know customer service and this guy is amazing, I been to several I u hauls locations and he is by far the best I will only go to this uhaul location even if I have to travel farther, give Steve a raise he deserves it.

I am very disappointed with my rental service. The people at the storage place were fine; however, I went directly to the site on my email and was in the middle of my reservation with them, when I received a phone call from U-Haul that told me I had to go to a different location--NOT the one on my email. This location was further away from me; further away from the location to where I was driving (hence more miles), and added on extra time to my travel and messed up the entire day's schedule of when I had people lined up to help unload. This is bad service!

I am not happy with the service that I received when I made the reservation online. My son-in-law called and made reservation for me and the sales rep provided him the wrong information. When he ask for the price to rent one way she gave the price of $151. He then asked her several times if this includes all taxes and fees and the rep responded yes. He went on and reserved it the truck for me but when I went to the store to pick it up Kevin told me a totally different price. Instead of being $151 one way it ended up being $330 dollars. My son-in-law contacted customer service to find out why did the price change and they advised him that the sales rep only provided him with the base price not including all the fees and taxes. I feel that they should have honored the price that was provided to my son-in-law but instead I had to go out of the way and return it back to the place where I rented the truck to avoid paying $330. So I am definitely not a satisfied customer regarding the poor customer service that I received.
