The uhaul was in need of a lot of maintenance. The passenger door was almost impossible to close fully. The alignment was off a lot. And it sounded like it had an exhaust leak.

Tina NEasy pick up. Air conditioning did not work. Only one person in office which was OK since it was not busy. However, she had gone to lunch at the time that I returned the truck and nobody was covering. I would have preferred to review everything in person, not leave key in drop box. Also, the driver's license scanner program was not working.
Sara DThe truck that I rented had no gas cap. I was told it was on order however a truck with out a cap is a safety hazard and is not legal to operate on the road. The counterman was polite helpful and did tell me I could drop the truck off after hours and showed me where the key box was located, but did not tell me there was a twenty dollar charge to do so. I would have dropped the truck off the next morning if I had been aware of this charge. I feel you should refund the charge and be happy that you were able receive rental fees for a truck that should not be allowed to be in service. I made my reservation a week early and you should have ample time to arrange a truck that is road ready without putting me in situation to decide whether or not I should take your truck.

Samir JMobile check in does not work. Truck was not swept. Pillows were left inside I ordered a dolly, did not get one. Took 30 minutes to get the truck, mobile was to be quick.

Nahun MAbsolutely I recommend this place. A front desk lady is a wonderful person, she provided me the necessary support on my moving out date. Also, this place is 100000000 x better than the one located in the 6th street in Corona, CA ... It's like comparing the HEAVEN vs the HELL! I will do business with them again!
DANILO KI went to pick up truck and was not able to due to Uhaul systems down, so i reserved one for next day at 1:00 pm so when i get to place to pick up truck they already rented it to someone else, and tell me i can pick up truck at another location which was 12 miles away and would give me $50 credit for messing up my reservation so when i get to other location on spruce st i was not able to rent truck (honestly i dont know why, either problem with my bank card or Uhaul system..sooo i reserved another truck again for next day (feb 2nd) so i finally picked up truck and return on (feb 3rd) on time so when called about credit they had no idea what i was talking about and said they will call me in within 5 days and they see NO notes of $50 credit..but as far as the people at a storage place they are very helpful kind n professional

Kermit REverything was great. The man who helped us out was very nice and made sure everything was good and correct. The only thing was we forgot to check for the dolly so we had to make a trip back, so just make sure you double check for all the stuff.

FRANK AWhere do I begin. I am extremely unhappy. I rented a uhaul truck from the magnolia location. I only used the uhaul truck for one day (October 1 @ 10:00am and returned the truck October 2 @ 9:00am). My fiancé returned the truck for me at the 6th street location (4 miles from the magnolia location). The associate at the magnolia location assured me that the truck could be returned at any location. The two locations are 4-6 miles apart from each other. When my fiancé returned the truck that told her she was good and allowed her to walk away. I was charged $34 (the correct amount) and 3 days later (October 5) was charged and additional $314. Apparently because it was no longer "in-town". If we knew that would be the case we would have returned it to the same location. I am extreeemly angry. I will never go through uhaul again. And I will ensure none of my friends / family do not get uhaul either.
