Vehicle was extremely dirty. Was told the vehicle would only seat two and there were three. Lost the third helper due to no seat available. Employees should have accurate information to share with customer & check if clean.

Customer service was fantastic! Small issue with number of blankets rented; but totally resolved! No complaints!
David LI was ignored when arrived the manager locked the door on me 15 minutes after my arrival The reason they treated me poorly is because they double booked my truck rental Then was rude to me & tried to help new people while I was there now for over an hour they are racist & pray they get fired and the truck mileage was extremely high

Doug GTruck was dirty. Had dog poop or something that smelled like it on the tires and inside the cab. Also, the air conditioning did not work consistently. I could here the a/c motor was sounding like it was struggling. Also, I did not get the moving blankets I paid for. Super disappointed with the rental.

ANTHONY VThe problems I had are not related to this location. I had a very bad experience but it was not the fault of the location. So this survey is asking the wrong questions. I signed up for counter check-out but was not able to do that. I also was not able to compete my transaction on my phone because 1) I cannot read incredibly small type with the sun shining on my screen, 2) I have intentionally set up my phone to not allow apps and websites to access my camera and even if my camera was connected to the web (never) I found that I could not photograph the mileage because there was so little gas the all it showed was the miles of gas remaining. The helpful person at the location was not supposed to have to help me, which would have sent me elsewhere were I not on the spot. She did help but made it clear she was not supposed to, so I spent 45 minutes of a 6 hour rental trying to check out the truck. I will not do business here again but it is not their fault. UHaul sold me over the counter check out that was not available and forces use of a cell phone. The only way around it is for me to take a laptop and set up my phone as a hot spot. I am really unhappy with UHaul for torturing me in this way, not at this little outlet.
Jane HThis was a great location. Misty at "A Storage Place" was very nice and helpful. "A Storage Place" is a newer, nice and clean facility. However, whoever used the truck before us left it pretty dirty. Mistry swept out the back for us, but did not check the cab, which when my husband got in was pretty dirty and grimy. There also was a problem with the ignition. My husband had trouble starting the truck each time.

MONIQUE KThey knew they didn't have a drop off box for after hours key/truck returns. They didn't tell me that, nor did they tell me what to do with the key. I spent 45 minutes on hold just to get that info after my rental was done, then had to take the key home for safekeeping and return it in the morning the next day!
