The Car trailer I rented had a metal point in the front of the loading ramp. When we pulled my vehicle up on it, it ripped my tire. I took pictures if that would be helpful. I believe it just needs to be cut off or maybe smoothed over.

troy W.Have equipment fueled up BEFORE reservation pickup. We were told unless the equipment is on empty, they are not permitted to get fuel, thereby causing US to have to fuel up BEFORE setting out on our trip-causing us a delay of easily an additional 20 min. Having a FULL tank in advance would make it easier for the customer to gauge how much fuel would be needed BEFORE returning equipment instead of having to guess how much to add pretrip. We wasted prob 20$ by OVERFUELING (to Uhauls advantage bc we returned the van with over half a tank of gas) bc we started out with 1/4 tank and were told to be sure it had 1/4 tank upon return. Not knowing how much would be needed for the entire rental and knowing 4-hour rental window would expire quickly, we opted to add MORE in advance in an attempt to avoid having to get fuel twice before returning equipment to assure 1/4 tank was in equipment at the end of our rental time. It's easier to just say equipment upon pickup is full and must be returned full instead of guessing how much to add - thereby causing US to add 20$ to our overall cost simply due to time elements and guessing on the amount of fuel needed overall. The burden should not be on the customer but on Uhaul to supply a full tank of gas at the outset of the rental. Verbal telephone reservation confirmation was made by me the day before. In past rentals Uhaul has initiated the confirmation.

FRED H.The Uhaul app gave me problems when I went to return the truck. When it asked me to take a photo of the fuel gauge & odometer, the photo would never go through. I would take a picture and approve it, then when I would try to continue to the next step, it would tell me I needed to upload a photo of the odometer. it happened at least five or six times. I had to use my phone browser to get it to work, the app never worked.

January C.It's not the locations fault but I reserved a Uhaul online and they took my debit information for confirmation. The next day I called to see about a pickup time and they told me they had no uhauls that I requested.l in the area. I had to drive from walker to Baton Rouge just to be able to get a Uhaul that i had already paid for. Why would they reserve a Uhaul that they didn't even have? This made my moving experience more stressful and on top of that I had to return it late which led in another charge. I will never use Uhaul again.

Ashley B.I used the mobile app to rent my U haul truck. The key was locked inside the cargo area of the truck and the work combination lock was unbelievable hard to use. My suggestion would be to use more reliable combination locks. It took almost 30 minutes to unlock the truck to start my move and then another 20-30 minutes to lock it back when the rental was returned.

James S.I still have a pending payment from uhaul. I rented the truck Saturday on the 5th and uhaul is still holding money on the 11th. I believe I was over charged because uhaul already too a payment. I feel like someone is trying to get over on me.
