This location is a bit quirky but the folks running it are excellent, helpful and accommodating. Will continue to go back.

Martin FThis was one of the most dreadful experiences ever for me. I ordered the service in advance and after I arrived in time I had to wait another 45 minutes under scorching sun while the service was "waiting for approval"! I don't understand why it can't be done in advance to save everybody's time? My second problem was that U-Haul failed to disclose that I must drop off the track at the very same location it was picked up. So when I tried to drop off at a different location, I was denied and had to drive back over 50 miles. As if it wasn't enough, the U-Haul application was a total garbage: I had to restart my iPhone twice just so that it would go through all return steps without constant freezing and auto-closing. I probably spent 20 minutes just trying to make it work and finalize the return! And yes I realize that most of these problems are probably not related to this particular location but rather to the sad state of U-Haul service itself.

We could not do a mobile pick up and needed to do an entirely new order. Only when it happened did we remember that the same thing had happened four years ago at the same location. Again, the people are fine but I would not do the mobile check in / check out here only the in store.
Stephanie LMy biggest issues were with the U-Haul app and process. First, the app kept telling me it couldn't find my location, even after updating location settings on my phone. (For the record I have been a software developer for over 35 years, I am not technology challenged.) Second, during my long conversation with customer service (the person was very helpful) I found out you can't pick up the vehicle "after" the pick-up time. I had a pick-up time of 12 and was probably there before 12:05 and she had to update the reservation to 1:00. Very strange. Third, when checking in the vehicle I got "internal error" after taking the pictures of the vehicle. Not sure if it had to do with the quality of the pictures because it didn't say what the issue was, just internal error. If it was the quality maybe it is because the property isn't lighted? Fourth, but this is mostly likely a Ford issue, the gas gauge inly displayed 3/4 full for quite some time after I filled it less than a mile from the location. The only reason the picture actually showed full is because the check in process took so long to complete that it finally showed full.

Luz EI requested a van to be pick up at 8:00am at Marathon Mobil and that's what the confirmation said. We arrived at that location and they had no record of our reservation. They said it was changed to a different pick up location across town (we received no notification of this change) so we had to drive all the way there only to see that the new location didn't open until 9:00am. We called UHaul and they said they tried to call me once, but I never received any calls, voicemails, texts, or emails. They then sent back across town to a third location where we were finally able to pick up the van. We were both incredibly late for work as a result of this chaos and lack of communication and I wasted gas and miles on my car driving back and forth between locations.

John KFor this location: I had rented an appliance dolly but it was not with the truck when I picked it up which meant I had to drive an extra 16 miles to pick on up from another location. The interior of the cab was not clean and there was a random shoe rack in the back of the truck. For Uhaul: The truck has seen some better days. The truck itself had some previous damage and the pictures in the app must have been from 100k miles ago so the check in process took too long to note all of the changes/damage to the truck. Also, I had called about the dolly issue and they said they'd take off the extra mileage and dolly cost. Even after stating this as part of the return process I was still charge for everything including the use of the utility dolly (which I had to use since the proper one wasn't with my truck!! Overall, not the best experience this time around for someone that has rented a few times in the past year.

Garrett RJeff was great to work with. The van was great- new and lots of pep. One thing you may want to help people with is how to manage the interior lights in the cargo area - I was concerned when loading that I might drain the battery because the lights were on - I ended up watch a youtube session on how to trick the lights so that they would go out by manually closing the door's latch with a screwdriver and then clicking the lock button on the key. It would be much easier if there was a switch inside the cockpit or the cargo area, or a sign saying that the led lights will not drain the battery.

Kathy C1. Customers should be informed "Safe Move" coverage is an option. Customers should not find they have been charged for an optional item and later have to have the amount removed. 2. Customers should be informed to place plywood or other material on floor so that water which is kicked up through wheel wells will not get their items wet - which is what happened to our items.

They should be able to check the rental out on return if you are having trouble. Spent 2 hours to get someone at UHaul and then they said they can't help me …

john kYour website and smartphone app are absolutely terrible. It took me twenty minutes to do the pickup and 40 minutes to do the dropoff because both were unresponsive despite having a full 5G signal on site. Submitting photos via the app is also messed up, it kept asking to submit odometer pictures countless times. I ended up having to do it directly on the site itself.
