The truck was pretty beat up on the exterior. The interior cab had dust on the dash and leaves on the floor. One of the air vents was broken but the piece was in the cup holder. The front of the truck was covered in dead bugs from the bottom bumper to the top of the “attic” over the cab. The inside of the trailer was mildly clean though. The lady was very rude and shared some uncomfortable information about her business.. saying she's going to fire this person and that person because they're “idiots”... wouldn't recommend to anyone

U-Haul was left clean. Didn't even move anything inside but a mattress and box frame. And the employee there accused me an my mother of leaving it dirty. And had the audacity to tell me they would charge me 60 dollars if I didn't come to clean. At first it was just 25.. the women then called me hours later saying it would be a additional 40 dollars if I didn't come clean this U-Haul. That I know for certain I did not leave dirty. This is ridiculous an I will never in life use A-1-mini-storage. An I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

I was originally setup to pickup from another location (Klein Mini Storage @ 7613 Spring Cypress Rd, Spring, TX) down the road but they had a low tire problem getting the vehicle delivered. I had to pickup a truck a another location not far down the road and the lady at that location ended up re-reserving me into the system even though I already had a reservation in the system. For some reason, they were unable to find Alvin, TX, drop-off location address on their computer, which didn't make sense. As a result, I was given a drop-off location in League City, TX. The whole ordeal took about an hour of my time dealing with the process just to get a truck.

I rent a truck from Ms. Nancy about twice a week, because I have a paper supply company. And regardless of the size of the truck (from 10 ft truck to 26 ft) she always does her best to accommodate my needs. I am very satisfied with her customer service and I would recommend this location. The trucks are always clean, smells good and gassed up.

I rsvp a 9 am 24/7 share truck pick up. I arrived at my time only to get the message saying I have to come back at 10:30 when the place opens for a hand delivery. Next I come back at 10:30 and come to find out they cancelled my rsvp because I didn't show up at 10. I showed the message to the worker and she couldn't explain it but give me a confused face. She said she cancelled it because Incase more traffic came in and good thing the truck is still there. What if it wasn't there? Then I would have wasted a lot of time. Then I could only get a 15 feet truck even though I rsvp for a 10 feet truck. So that didn't make sense either. As I left she told me don't forget to fill the gas it was full. The truck itself was fine. I then filled the tank only to find out that it wasn't full before. Because when I filled it, the gas line went past the gray shades area that I was told was full. I told the lady upon return and she said oh yea just fill the gray line it's full. So I ended up paying more gas than what I used. I was just very upset at this whole experience. I also figured the would sanitized the trucks with everything going on but they don't. Which I'm not sure is only a actual U-Haul location versus these pick up from storage places. Because I know the U-Haul website says they sanitize a lot of things. So I do not plan to return to this location nor recommend it and I will say this location makes uhual look bad with poor explanation of the process, misinformation of the gas, and just poor cleanliness.

U Haul corporate needs to stop acting like thieves. I will not rent again because of UHaul's deceptive trade practices. This is no reflection of the service at A-1 mini storage.

THIS LOCATION IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!! THEY DO NOT TELL YOU YOU WILL BE CHARGED $20 JUST TO PUT THE KEY IN THE DROP BOX!!! AND I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE THE REATE!!! AND WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD I WILL HAVE TO CALL UHAUL!!!!! SUPER UPSET!!!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!!!

It took almost an hour just to rent the truck at the counter - it took them three tries to get it right. Then returning the truck took forever also.

Even though I have returned the equipment before my time allotted (5 hours...even though I think that the charge of $29 is per day so the 5 hour is a bullshit thing) I was charged extra $20 because I didn't click on the text message that arrived 20 min after I left the location to allow me to verify that I was at the location. Are you all trying to price yourself out of the moving business?!!! Since after raising the per mile charge and now this bull crap it sure looks like it! I might look at Penske or just Home Depot truck rental for my local purchase things (which this was...xmass tree).

Everyone I contacted at U-Haul was excellent. The fact that I had to contact a U-haul representative to get your app to work, Have Basel at A1 Mini Storage who arrived early and after 10 minutes of cajoling was able to open the rear combination lock to retrieve the truck key and then again having to call the 800 number since the app couldn't confirm my location. And then again the following day after Carlos didn't follow through I had to have Travis Winbush save the day and close out the contract. If this was the first time using U-Haul it would be my last. Again your staff and equipment are wonderful but your Truck Share app software is horrible and will end up costing you business..

Rental location was great, however, Air Conditioner in the truck did not work and i would like a refund for a portion of the charge associated with this rental due to the lack of AC.
