Parking was limited but there was a space to park the truck. Opening the drivers door to exit the truck on to an active street. Drop off was quick and easy.

Tell customers how to turn off the towing feature. Stop getting rude and ignorant when the customer says something to you about it. Maintain vehicles better.

leslie Hthe truck we received had some major issues in terms of how it ran. the inside of the cab was filthy and uncleaned. garbage all over and cigarette butts in the doors. coffee was spilled all over the dashboard and the back of the truck was covered in mud.
TIMOTHY CThis owner has a bad reputation and for my first experience I can now see why Harmon the owner doesn’t acknowledge the customer when they walk in Not just with me but other customers interactions where cold and not engaging Back to my experience it took him a half hour of my time for him just looking at an ancient computer to have me sign a paper ,take my payment and get me a key which should have took no more then 10 minutes Not friendly at all So I wasn’t happy when I got the call to pick it up at A1 rental I was expecting my pick up place to be at uhaul like I scheduled

Evgeny TI reserved my truck the week before, and was told that I could pick it up at 8AM. I was there a few minutes after 8 and it took me over 45 minutes to get my truck. When I brought the truck back,I parked it where I picked it up and was told that because I didn't park the truck in front of the store they couldn't process my receipt. One would have thought that if they wanted the truck parked in front of the store they would have mentioned that fact.
bob aWent in at 8 am for my pickup, nothing was ready, the truck hadn't even been checked in from the previous day. Didn't walk out with the truck until 8:45. Very unorganized

Justin KWell first off I went to pick the truck up it was not clean there was dirt scattered all garbage and debris scattered all over the truck I had to clean it out I had to wipe it down furthermore I filled the gas tank up and they’re telling me that I did not fill it up and charge me an extra $12 I will never use this location ever again

It took longer than expected to get the truck but the counter person was quite nice and professional. much more than the guy at the Washington BLVD office. Those people over there were just plain RUDE on sunday when I tried to get a truck there on the same day when I already had a reservation and their system was broken! That office will be the LAST place I will go to to rent!!!

Julie WI chose a different location when I rented on-line but it was moved to this location. The gentleman who waited on me was pleasant however the process was painfully SLOW. I provided all the info when I rented the truck on-line but was asked for all the info again. The mobil check in process would have been much quicker however it wasn't available that I know of since my rental site was changed by U-Haul.

Richard ACigarette ashes everywhere. Windshield had smudges all over it. Hadn't been swept out in who no knows how long. Person I talked to on the phone from A1 was extremely ignorant. Never coming back here again.
Sean FAfter calling 6 hours ahead of my scheduled pick up time, the rental was not even close to being ready. They were very disorganized. I called that morning to confirm that my rental was actually at the dealership. Some of your dealers rent your units, trucks, trailers, dollies, etc. behind your back. If the rental is returned in good shape, they tear up the paperwork, and pocket the rental fees. This is why people need to call ahead. Southtowne Motors, Indiana, PA. pulled this trick, and it cost me a lengthy drive to this next available dealer, at the last minute. You need to put a STOP to this.

Damien SCentral reservation desk really made this difficult. Had to days and pickup location multiple times. Even had to cancel additional reservations after I had already picked up the trailer.
