JER'MONQUAZIOUS RPerson at dropoff was very nice. Great location. We did have the leak inside the truck which caused a lot of our items to get wet.

Weimin L1. I was late and did not call. Truck was allocated to another customer. Fair enough. They were 30 minutes late and the truck was given back to me. Not sure that is a good practice, but ok. 2. No gas in the truck. on Empty. Immediately had to go get gas. And had to put in too much because I cannot just drive around on empty which is how I was told to return it. Wasted money returning it with more that a 1/2 tank. 3. The cabin was nasty. spilled soda, dirt, and misc. trash. Piece a cardboard on the dash. 4. The back was dirty too. Small pieces of paper and dirt. 5. No backup camera. Rearview mirror gone. Safety hazard. I've rented a bunch of trucks from uhaul. All had backup cameras in the last 5 years. 6. Lastly, no water in the wiper fluid. Tried to clean the windshield and it just smeared all over. Could not see. Another safety hazard.
Stuart LI felt that the Associate was very sweet and kind. But I wouldn't utilize this location again. They had one person working on a Saturday which is ridiculous. I waited for service for fifteen minutes for service. Also, I reserved a dolly along with my reservation. When I arrived, I was informed that the location did not have any. This made my move more difficult so I will not be back to this location.
HADASSAH WThe owner of this location came out himself after his employee could not make it to work after ice storm in Atlanta to get us in truck after my car was totaled in storm we were 620 miles from home and no car rental available so go U-Haul you saved us thank you
DIANNA CWhat is actually available to reserve at location needs to be accurate. I reserved a dolly and there really wasn't one available not to mention the person who serviced me didn't think it would be ideal to even let me know that what I reserved was not available. They also need to make sure to check truck before and after ppl rent because the truck was a mess from the previous person and I had to remove their things from the truck because the ppl at the location would not do so. My experience was horrible on top of having to go search around for a dolly which means I drove to another location to get something that I reserved there

Tangela CDon't practice politics!!! It's probably the most offended I've been the entire election season. Offensive signs all over the office telling you why to vote for Trump. Like his campaign they were all lies. One sign even ended with saying "do your research". Totally out of line and disrespectful! I won't be using this location ever again and will tell everyone I know not to use it.

CHRISTIAN SThe location was fine even though it was hard for us to get the truck out. We had a 26 foot truck and we had to try to get it out from in between the other trucks which we got it out, however the following day, I got a call from their customer service, who was very rude. She didn't introduce herself. She didn't say hello. How was your day? She's just said oh I was calling to see if the equipment was dropped off, which was very unprofessional.

I called and the lady who answered the phone at 5:15pm stated they closed at 5:30pm. I was 30 minutes away and in rush hour traffic in Atlanta..The employee waited for me to arrive at 5:50pm. That's service! I strongly recommend if you are looking for great service this U-Haul location has it…

Asgri ATo improve for the next customer, I suggest there need to be a clear understanding about the equipment being placed inside truck upon renting. However, I ordered a furniture dolly and there was no dolly on the van when I arrived. Nor did I have time to ask an associate to bring it out being that it was supposed to already be on the van. Also, I was still charged for furniture dolly and would like a refund.
Zhane WI did not receive my full reservation. Several items in my reservation were not available, but I paid for them. When I tried to get a refund for them, I followed customer services directions fully and no one reached out to me.

Randy LMy truck smelled like cigarettes/weed and had not been clean as there was remnants of ashes and tobacco everywhere. The office was organized with the process. I've been to others where I've had to look for a truck all over the city even though I had one reserved. I didn't ask for another one because I was on a tight timetable

Grayson CThe 2 juvenile racists representatives that represent this brand at that location really need to learn business etiquette and professionalism. If the customer has questions about a Uhaul rental be prepared to answer the questions of a paying customer. This service isn't free and representatives of the brand should be capable of responding to Uhaul questions unless they have some kind of bias against an educated customer. Will be considering filing harassment charges in 2024.

There were lots of other trucks; and it is also a storage unit location, so we weren't sure whether or not we were in the way. However, it was still an easy and quick self-return process; and we'd rent again from this location if needed.

Jonathan DThe equipment in the order (dolly) was not provided. I had to find another location to get the dolly. Someone else's drink was left in the van. The process to access the car was cumbersome and took us almost an hour taking up our reservation time. That could have been better if we had the ability to do some of it prior to checkin and without having to wait on a chat with an agent. At that point, should've had the representative present than doing it yourself.
