This location would be perfect if they carried the 8' truck. Then I wouldn't have to go anywhere else. I love the customer service from the owners and will continue to use them for future orders.

jose cThe people were very nice and helpful but that truck is on its last leg. The lights didn't work properly. We had to use the high beams the entire time and even that was not good. We could barely see. The wheels are old and the truck was very much off balance. The steering wheel was shakie and we had to go very slow. Took us a1,5 longer to get to our destination and back
tariana pThe only problem I had was the internet is slow in the area. The location would not show up. I had to call customer service and did not pick the truck up until an hour after the reservation. U-Haul did not extend the reservation an hour later, as I asked.

I needed an appliance dolly but none were available however I was supplied with a dolly that helped me get the job done since I was by myself. Thank you for the help.
jonathan sThe truck was dirty and full of trash from previous customer. Needs an alignment it pulls really bad (very large truck). Was a hassle to pick up using the 24/7 app and the long wait times to speak to a representative on the phone to get any help. But it got the job done that I needed it for.

ryan kThe customer care on veteran memorial in killeen texas was the worst experience I had. The older lady at the desk kept yelling at me. She didnt want offer me a moving truck. She told me she can't give me a truck for two days and didn't offer me any options. She rerouted me to another store without ask me wetber I was ok with it. She was very rude. I know i was up there early but customer care starts when the door opens. Please have a talk with her. Merci

Cody BPick up experience was really sub par, but the blame isn't entirely on this location. Had a reservation at another location but they didn't have the truck I requested, so the Uhaul line sent me to this location, during the one Uhual representatives lunch break… but everything was smooth once the truck was picked up.

shawn snot the stores fault, but i had a reservation for a 6x12 10 days prior and got a call 2 minutes before my pick up time saying they did not have any 6x12 available and closest one was 108 miles away. finally found a 5x8 unit over 30 miles away at this location. Staff was extremly nice and very helpful but she knew there is trouble with online reservations. had to go get it and wasn't big enough for my daughters move to Fort Worth. Unbelievable.

Richard OI have nothing but nice things to say about the service at this location. They were very polite and very helpful. However, during the trip, a tire blew out. During the nearly 3 hour wait, the roadside assistance guy told me the other tire (same side) had a large defect in the sidewall and was likely to fail as well. I am not a tire expert and merely checked for general condition and inflation. The defect would have easily been noticed by those who rent these things out. Thankfully, Uhaul agreed to authorize an immediate replacement while the other one was being fixed. Great roadside assistance and Uhaul phone assistance.

LAVON WTruck cab had not been cleaned trash everywhere and tobacco on the floor and dusty. The back of the truck was dirty and had glass in it. She told me it had 7/8tank of gas and had less than 5/8 and she wouldn't even come out to look at the gas guage. The lady tried to give me the wrong equipment to begin with and made fun of me while recording me on her phone before I felt
