Limitied parking for weekends when they are closed, but overall a good place to drop off.

James MartinI'm so sad that I had to move out. Due to my current financial situation I wouldn't be able to make my payments. The AAA was very understanding. I never had any issues or problems there. Because I had been in Business for 10 years and had used every storage facility in Wichita I can give a accurate opinion that this is the best storage facility. The city has to offer.
Lashonda Gillis | Expérience généraleEverything seemed fine until I started driving out of Wichita. About an hour outside of Wichita one of the tires started loading air. I stopped and filled it up. I had to stop every 1h to do that cause it had a slow leak. That tired caused the trailer to sway more than normal. I was only able to travel between 40-50 miles per hour. So a 22h road trip took almost 3 days. When I picked the trailer up I was told it was he led and balanced unfortunately that was not true. U Haul also sent me all the wrong equipment to install the tow hitch. I had to go rebuy everything!

Everything went well for 6 months until I notified you a MONTH in advance I was leaving. You tried to charge me another month and a late fee. And you still have not addressed this. No way I'll be back in the fall unless you address this-and deposit!

Joni Webber | Expérience généraleThe gentleman that waited on us treated us as an imposition, he forgot to put the dolly that I paid for in the truck and we had to go back and pick it up. When we returned the truck, which I gassed back up, I requested a copy of the charges and he advised that he did not have time to mess with it and that I would just have to wait for an e-mail. When I finally received an e-mail later the next day, I could not open the receipt because there wasn't one to open. I had to call my bank to find out what the charges were. I would really like to know what I was charged for as the amount seemed to be a little excessive.

Randell VothGet someone who knows computers and business contracts. Clean the trucks out. Have more than 33 miles of fuel in them to start the contract. And take less than 1 hour for the transaction to be complete.

Privacy Request | Premières impressionsThis location was 1 1/2 hours from where we needed it. I was told they would have it in my location when I reserved it and then told we had to go get our own. Plus not enough miles to do what we needed so now we still have some to move so now I've got to figure that out. Really not happy with U-Haul at all. The location was ok but not where we needed it.
audrey feliogot the pick up location moved - wanted to pick up in Derby and had to pick up in downtown wichita. wanted pick up at 8:00am - and was set up to pick up at noon. did pick up at 10:00 - - no one checked over the uhaul, did not look at mileage, DID NOT GET DOLLY, was RUDE! Will NOT use UHaul again in Wichita because of this. Was then charged for extra milage because of it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Jennifer HartThis was not the location I needed to pick up the truck. I had to beg a friend to drive me the extra 30 miles. After I signed the contract and got the keys, I was told "oh by the way, a snake died in the cab of the truck and it smells a little." The truck reeked!!!!!!!! I had to spray the floor with a mixture of bleach and water at least 3 times and use vent clip air fresheners and change them several times. Even after doing this, after a few hours the truck would start smelling again. But as I was stuck I toughed it out for 1200 miles. In the past 6 months I have rented from UHaul at least 5 times. I am not sure I will ever rent from UHaul again!
