Alex KOn the 26 foot trucks, they should provide assistance to make sure the mirrors are in the correct position since it requires an Allen wrench to adjust for safety, prior to leaving the lot. Other than that they are a great place to get a truck.

Nick FWe were given the wrong truck, a 10 ft when we reserved a 15 foot. We were called after we left the location but told that the paperwork would be too much if we came and switched the truck so we would been given a "deal" on the rental. Well, that deal was just being able to bring it back a few hours later than scheduled. We did not have a ramp and due to the smaller size had to make more trips than planned which caused us more cost in mileage. So that "deal" was really just to cover themselves and ended up costing us more money and time. Go somewhere else.
Leah BThe gentleman behind the counter (?Chuck?) was very personable and helpful both when we checked in and out. Prior to our arrival he had even noticed that there were two reservations with the same last name, and called to make sure that this wasn't a mix-up and that we really did want two trucks!
