Customer service was great!!! Would recommend this location!
Danielle TRemote check in should not disable if you aren't within 1 hour of pickup time. Had the same issues with the remote on drop off. It's convenient but it also needs to work.

Nevin WMy pick up location was changed by uhaul Roman unmanned location. Locks don't work well. Couldn't get keys. No manager at Wanda Too to help. Had to change locations back to where we were originally scheduled to pick up from. Very confusing, wasted a lot of time. Phone customer service was helpful but the on-site people were either not around or couldn't follow what was happening. Also those locks are terrible and don't open easily if at all.

ron aI would like rose petals lining the the entrance of the facility upon arrival. Next, a barber shop quartet springs to life and starts singing to me. A royal guard will then present me with a silk sash that says "congrats on a safe trip!" Fireworks then proceed to go off. A large cake is wheeled out and out pops Borat with my lot lizard locator map. I'm am then satisfied and proceed home. Upon arrival home, I shed one single tear for the bond I had formed with my 5x8 trailer. I now have fond memories of uhaul and go to sleep soundly, and dream of the trailer.

Trevor BRefer them to the location and to Paul. Paul was most helpful especially when I returned the uhaul and my car would not unlock as my new battery was too low. Paul was there and together with the Ford service department walked us through opening the door with the fob key and then he jumped the car so was able to get the battery recharged by the service department so could head back to my new home in KY.
