kevin phillupsThe old man that works at Arco is terrible he does not know how to use the computer. He kept saying we were calling him stupid, but we were simply offering to help. The lady that works in there is very nice and just needs a booklet on what to enter into the computer or something. She was helping us initially and had it handled but was a little confused what to enter, the old man took over and took over an hour. The phone customer service representative was incredibly helpful and filled out our entire reservation on the phone. The woman who booked our reservation on the phone was the best phone representative I've ever had.
Jake BentonThe owner/operator of this business was a very nice guy, however I was very concerned that he used his Personal phone to take pictures of my state issued ID. As a victim of past identity theft, I asked him if he could erase the information and he told me he would have to sent it to corporate first. If this is an acceptable practice for U-Haul is should be changed.

When he did finally addtess me, he told me to park the yrailer "over there" between two trucks.. no help.... no assistance.... go drop your fucking trailer.... thank God an AM/PM customer came to help me. The jackass behind the desk didn't give a fuck.. oll be renting from Pensky in the future. The asshole at the AM/PM in Bullhead doesn't give a fuck about UHAUL customers
Robin CollierI returned the trailer before due. The agent said that was all I needed to do. I asked for a receipt showing my return. The person could not verify my contract and could not figure out the problem. He had his supervisor Victor trying to resolve the issue. After spending over an hour there the agent told me he would email the receipt. That has been over 34 hours and still no receipt showing my return.

rusty brewerThis location is under construction so parking your regular vehicle is difficult, let alone trying to hook up or reverse the rented trailer back into its spot after use. Rental process went fine and returned the enclosed trailer a few hours later. 2 days after I returned the trailer I get a call from uhaul corporate asking when I plan to return it!!!! Apparently the gentleman working didn't notate that we returned the trailer! Being financially responsible for the trailer this made me very uneasy. I suggest trying another location.

There was no one there to unhitch the trailer and made me unhitch the trailer myself, than I was made to back it in on their lot while construction was going

Jerry DuboisThere was dog hair everywhere in the cab , they had no blankets that we requested. They over billed us again. This happened the last time we used this location. The fuel level was not as noted on the contract. The windshield was absolutely covered in bugs. Terrible experience
David WaddellThe process was VERY slow. Nothing was ready for us. WE had to hook up a the Uhaul to the car trailer on our own. The guy did come out and look at it. We then went to pick up our boxes at a different location (748 Gemstone Ave in AZ) and I wish we could have used this location for everything. They actually looked at the trailer hook up and corrected the safety chains that were installed incorrectly by us and that the other guy didn't know was incorrect... I will never use this location again as I feel it was very unsafe. I can not recommend the other location on Gemstone enough, however.

Christopher ZasaI reserved a truck and trailer 5 weeks in advance, 2 days before my scheduled pick up date I got a message from u haul saying that my reservation had been updated. Instead of my original pick up place being. 2,3 miles from my house, it was changed to a 4 hour drive from my house one way. When I called to correct this huge error I was told we sorry there was a " glitch" .Now with 2 days, I had too start from the beginning. The price I was quoted was now off the table, it cost me a lot more money and I couldn't get the size truck or trailer I needed which ended up costing an additional $2 800 to buy a trailer for the rest of the things that wouldn't fit.I hope that this is clear enough to explain why I am extremely angry about your "glitch " ! On a lighter side of my terrible experience I have to say that Gary in Laughlin Nevada at Storage & Uhaul really is an excellent employee! He was the most patient and helpful person and was able to find me the closest to the size of truck and trailer possible. He was awesome and I would recommend his facility and the Arco facility to a friend. The bad experience I had was with 1800gouhaul.

Randy VigosAbsolutely the worst experience! The staff working said they were NOT U-Haul employees, the customer had to do everything themselves, they ONLY print the contract. When I asked for a U-Haul employee to help me, they said get out, the two people working started yelling at me, the lady said I was giving the male employee a heart attack, threatened to call police. They would not check in my equipment. I called U-Haul directly which is ridiculous. U-Haul apparently has gone to ZERO standards.
