My call in order got in put completely wrong I ordered a 26' truck was put down for a smaller one I ordered it for 10am was put down for 8am lady that helped me at this location has a bad attitude I was very unhappy lesson learned

We were overcharged by more than 50 miles. We drove the truck only 8 miles to take one load from a 10x20ft. storage room just 3 miles from this location to a new storage room at thsi location, and they wouldn't give us a receipt right when we turned in the truck. My husband told them we drove it 8 miles. When we got the receipt by email it shows we were charged for 66 miles. Absolute rip off!! I'll be calling the location tomorrow!

I was simply confused when I returned the truck and there was a Hummer H3 in its parking spot and the store was locked. The sign said they were at a property visit, but I wasn't sure what to do. I found the key drop box, but I felt awkward leaving the dolly unprotected. I saw signs that said it was under surveillance so I assumed it was okay to leave it. Just recommend more clear instructions for such situations. Otherwise very nice. Thank you!

Both officers at the location, the first one I met, I think her name is Holly was very cordial. The second was a gent, I don’t remember his name; I inadvertently left my binder and he kept it for me.

This started out to be the worst rental experience ever. The location I was to pick truck up at didn’t have any trucks,then sent me to a location that was closed,then at last to 4510 Edison.they didn’t have the correct size truck so I had to get next size bigger. Upon returning the truck Holly the manager listened to my horror story and did the most wonderful job of making things right, she is a wonderful person and a great asset to the uhaul company!

Had a reservation and express check-in. When I got to the place to pick up the truck it took an hour and a half because the manager was not in the shop and the mechanic "technician" was trying to check customers in without any experience. Manager was telling technician how to use the system over the phone.

Had reservations or touck and appliance dolly when I got there they had only a utility dolly they finally for a old one but when I went to strap the appliances to it the straps had been trim back so short they would not fit around the appliance. Took them about half an hour to find keys for the truck I was renting finally found them in the return box would have thought that would have been the first place to check. Over all at best it was a below average experience.

The lady in the front was kind of rude to the guy when we were renting our uhaul. She acted like she was better than him, which doesn't make sense being she works at the same place, and he has more hair on his head than she does. He was very nice, and very helpful.

My first truck was not available at another location, so I had to call multiple times to get another truck for 3 hours later in the day. When I arrived, the employee said there were no appliance dollies at this location. The back of the truck was full of water and was not checked before I was given the keys. I was treated like I was a child and not important at all. He did squeegee the cargo area of the truck after I went back to tell him it was full of water. Then he went inside and I had to close the back door of the truck, the latch got stuck and I could not get it by my self. I went back inside to ask for help. (I would have thought he might have lowered the door himself to ensure it worked properly). It took three of us to get the door to close and another store employee assisted quite well. I asked if I could get a discount from all the hassle and that I would have to call customer service after the rental was complete. I returned the truck a day early and the same employee was working, I had to wait 10 minutes for him to come and open the door. There was a note on the door that he would be back in a minute. I again asked if I would be charged for the entire two day rental, or if I would only pay for the time I had the truck, which was only 25 hours total. He told me he would have to close out the rental and looked at me like I was going to leave. I said "go ahead I will wait". It was cheaper than the entire two day rental, but I was still Not happy with how everything was handled throughout my experience.

There was only one lady working and it was way to busy for one person. My truck and trailer were not hooked up and ready to go. Nothing had been tested. It took over 2 hours to test and swap trailers and trucks to trouble shoot the issue. Luckily I had someone with me to help out-I would not have been able to do it on my own and the lady was virtually no help.

I had a 10:30 AM appointment at the Academy location and was waiting for 40 minutes with a line of 6 other people with no service! I snuck off and phoned this location, and within a matter of minutes I was set up with a truck. If I could give this location 10 stars, I would! Holly was amazing, thank you for all your help.

There was many times when moving slowly it sounded like brakes might be rubbing and they also squealed many times when applying brakes. This tells me that brake pads might be low on at least one wheel and brake pads might need gap adjustment on at least one wheel. Please check for maintenance. Otherwise truck ran very well and am very satisfied. Equipment I had was JH-26ft Truck. JH3158F, plate AH29540, from state AZ.

The 26 ft truck did not ride smoothly at all. It was clean but was a bumpy ride and caused the furniture to move around more than it should have. I understand that it is a turn around truck for the location and even though it is only for in-town use, it should still be a smooth ride and not cause so much jostling of the contents. We have used uhaul several times but this was by far the bumpiest ride we have ever experienced. The customer service representative was nice and very knowledgable and explained the situation with the truck when we returned it but the fact that the truck was not a smooth ride and jostled the contents more than usual is not acceptable. The manager should do a better job of maintaining the equipment. Having to pay the same rate per day and miles on a less than optimum piece of equipment is not good business practice. I am now more knowledgable of equipment and will always ask for trucks that are in optimum condition before I drive it out of the lot so that I know that I am getting equipment in excellent working condition and I am not being charged for defective equipment.

As an active duty service member with vast experience with U-Haul, this is by far my worst experience and will definitely not recommend the location. No offense with U-Haul but the site I end up renting was terrible. I'm getting charge for additional $20 for something that they failed to provided. dolly and furniture pads were not provided as promised it will be in the back of the truck. It was an app pick-up and there is no one on-site. The only thing I failed to do is check the back of the truck, I trusted U-Haul and I did not expect that they screw-up my reservation. I got charge the same price for renting a 15 feet which originally was suppose to be 17 feet truck. They made so much changes w/o confirming with customer. Better Business Bureau complain will be on file.

I did not have any issues with the rental people, but on my phone i clicked that I would be responsible for the truck if it was damaged. Somehow someway i was charged an extra 14 dollars for "safe move" I've been hung up on twice trying to get my refund, i will give 48 hours before i leave a negative review on YELP!

When I checked in to pick up the uhaul truck I signed the paperwork stating that the miles on the truck was 18964.0, but when the associate and I walked out to the vehicle the miles were 18975.2. I was told by the associate that the miles would be an adjusted. When I received my bill the miles were not adjusted and I was charged for 25 miles instead of 14 miles. The associate that helped me was not available the next day to refund me and I was told that I have to wait until Tuesday to get my adjustment done, today is Sunday so this is a very huge inconvenience for my husband and I. This should have been fixed before we left with the uhaul truck, so I'm not to happy with that part of the customer service.

One tail light did not work. The Uhaul technician checked the lights for me but missed this one. I drove 2 blocks to a gas station to buy gas. While their I checked the lights my self when I discovered a tail light was burned out. I took it back and changed out the trailer.
