I recommend it , and going to start using in as my location to rent
jose cruzConfusion on which truck to take, no dolly was available to rent, attendant was slow and not very knowledgeable. Was not informed when renting the vehicle there was no ramp. Then when trying to return truck the 1st person I called was no help. The location on Burnet Rd. In Austin Texas was fantastic.

GOTRDO HEREDIAcomplete scam. $11 rental tax? I have to pay to pay. Website states 30 free miles, instead charges all miles. $31. Over all total, including $10 for gas which I should have never filled up, fuck your company. $161 from the website, $29. All bullshit lies.
Steven ReyesFirst, I was told and agreed to, when I accepted the vehicle, it had a full tank, and the gauge did appear to be full…but upon return, I did stop and topped off the tank, it took just over 4 gallons in. My mileage recorded and billed for was just under 19 miles. The dash reading told the truck averaged just over 14 mpg. Something is not right about that! I put over $12 of gas back in it…and should have only taken under $5. The oil life monitor read it required an oil change. And the two right tires showed low. Otherwise, it was fine.

Cat CasalsThe vehicle I drove had a bad transmission. as I drove it would slip between 2nd and 3rd gear.
matthew mechellService was incredibly slow. Truck has nearly NO brakes when it was rented to me. Check engine light was on too. We had put 12 miles on it when it was returned. We told the office person about the mechanical issues. She noted it, went outside for about 5 minutes, came back in but hadn't tested the brakes. Never renting from there again.

Kim OConnorThe staff were really pleasant to work with and would send reminder a few days before rent was due which I liked. I needed more room and they let me know when one came available. My only complaint was rats got in and ruined a few things. I let the office know and they had people out to take care of the problem so be careful with wicker baskets they seem to like those and make sure boxes are well sealed. Would definitely use again.

robert fields | Expérience généraleThis truck was in the poorest condition of any truck I have ever rented. It was dented all over and the ride was terrible. It beat me up all the way from Texas to Missouri. I spent $1200+ dollars that I wish I could have spent somewhere else.
Kyle BeardYour app is terrible. It would not let me upload the pictures it requested. It just kept looping around. And the wait time on customer service is absolutely ridiculous 50-60 minutes to get help on your faulty app! That's just sad!
michelle medranoThe only thing that went wrong is that I was sent instructions to go online, but when I followed the link, I did not have the right password, and I tried to have it send me instructions to change my password, but it never sent anything to either the email address or the phone number, therefore I could not do that. I was supposed to pick up the truck at 8:30 AM, but I could not, and I had to come back when the storage place was open, which was 9:00 AM. Other than that, everything was good.

I asked why no one had contacted me to let me know and she said that is not something they do and told me to go to another location to get it. I had appliances to move and I needed a dolly. I was also very time constrained. This was very unprofessional in my opinion.

ROBIN DEHARTNever really had personal contact with this place, but it was convenient and easy. Thank you. My only comment for improvement has nothing to do with this location. The app didn't work on my android phone so I had to use the website which was a bit difficult and frustrating on a phone. However, it really did only take about an extra 15 or 20 minutes to figure it out.

He is a young black man who I believe may be a regional rep. Part of my career was spent in employee acquisition. He is the kind of employee I was always on the lookout for. He had an excellent demeanor, was friendly and knowledgeable about the product and excelled in regard to customer satisfaction. I would hope his upward advancement in the company would accelerate.

JOSE GILBERTO DEL BOSQUEThe provider didn't record the truck's mileage prior to letting me rent it. On my online submission I put my estimated travel miles as 85. But I only ended up driving around 40 miles (was too tired after my 2nd trip and just decided to stop moving anymore items). The man still charged me on the estimated 85 miles plus another 8 miles. He said I even went over. I shouldn't have assumed that he had the mileage recorded. Truck was good but the previous user left the blanket bag open so I also mentioned that before driving the truck. Now I'm thinking that the man did not check the truck at all before letting me rent it.
Joseph Andrei BenavidezNotify customers of your web app's planned maintenance window beforehand, or at the very least, prevent customers from booking a reservation time during this window. Our 10:00 AM pick up turned into an hour-long process because the U-Haul truck share web app constantly going down for a 'planned maintenance outage window'. Had a known about this predetermined downtime of the app, I would've reserved a different time to pick up the truck and saved myself the annoyance on an already stressful day due to the move.
Tanweer RajwaniTook an hour to get keys for the truck. I even reserved it several days before. I was the only customer, it should NOT have taken this long to get truck. Took FOREVER!!! Actually took longer to get truck than it did to move furniture After paperwork was done, Allen tells me the lockbox was stolen and didn't have keys for the truck. Why would he do the paperwork and charge my credit card if he had no keys?!?? As he's walking around looking for them, I actually find them! They were sitting in counter next to the computer he had been working at for the past hour. Totally unacceptable and Uhual should be embarrassed
ryan howardWhen someone books a reservation, you take their card info. When I went to pick up my rental, your systems were down and I was unable to get my rental on time, because you couldn't process a payment.... You have my card information. It is unacceptable to deny a paying customer when they've provided form of payment for your services. Especially when the issue is the company's fault, not the customer. I know I wasn't the only customer "inconvenienced" with that issue this past weekend. You cost people time, man power, and money to no detriment to yourself. As a big corporation, it is your responsibility to take care of your customers and you definitely did not do that. I will not be recommending you to anyone.
leanna johnsonWe called customer service and was told we could take all 3 rentals to one location. When we got there we were told it was not the correct location and corporate was wrong and tried to charge us an additional $300 to drop them off there. They gave us the location we were supposed to take them to and told us the were open at 8. When we got there they were closed. It took us another hour to check them in on your website. Very frustrating.
leonard RandoThey were closed when we dropped off the truck and car hauler. I wish they had an accessible parking lot for drop off rather than parking on the side of the street. And the key drop did not stand out well compared to other locations I have been at that had the bright orange box to look for.
