Had to wait 20 mints for the individual that check the vehicles out. Then for another employee to move his car so the vehicle could be pulled out of the lot. Have the vehicles accessible and the employee there for scheduled pickup up

Is there a better to check truck before leaving. Uploading of pictures was problematic
anthony hI rented a truck from this location. The next day when i went to turn the truck in, i was told i had to drive the truck to a different location. This journey added 15 miles to my trip which made me have to pay extra mileage. I was never advised when i picked up the truck that i would have to drop it off at a different location. I will not be using or reccomending uhaul services in the future.
