The truck was very dirty not clean at all in cargo area mud and yard debris and food had to clean before could use. The original reservation truck was given to someone else a day before pick up rerouted to truck pick up in Chapin which was further away and very bad inconvenience. The truck was leaking something fluid and the ride was very uncomfortable and loud. We was very unsatisfied with the uhaul experience and lack of customer consideration in the process by rerouting last minute and not adjust mileage to better suit the situation.
robert rThe site needs to check their trailers some times. The trailer had leaves inside plus five bolt or river heads that came off of the trailer somewhere. I would have not taken this trailer but it was the only one on the lot and I was already crunched for time. I could not get the latch open at the location and had to use a long lever to open it at my shop. I sprayed the whole thing with WD40 and had no problems opening it the rest of the time I had it. The floor felt weak in one spot like it had had something very heavy placed on it that (maybe) what sheared the bolt heads. Lady checking me out is very pleasant but again, I think they need to inventory their trailers sometimes.
Rodney AI called an told them I was needing it for 48 hours an I was going 100 Mile's I brought it back put gas back in it an they put me going 50 miles an I had to pay for 132 miles over the fifty 157 extra I am not happy with the people who rented it to me

Tedda AAsked for two references asked for credit card. This was my 14th UHaul trio in the last two years. It took way too long to get the truck. I checked out the truck and there was an appliance truck/dolly in the back. I left it with them because I didn't need it nor was I charged for it. They don seem to know what they were doing. The clerk at the store had to call someone on the phone to relay my information. I could go in but it's not going to help.
DAVE Tinventory is not correct online, only had the smallest trailer available, not the 6x12 listed online at this location, as available. The 4x8 trailer means I have to make a second trip this week to finish the haul.

James TThe trailer I had needs a crank lift on the tongue. It was all two of us could do to get it off of the ball. Had I been alone I could not have gotten off Someone is going to get hurt.
Rodney AI picked my truck up at 11:01 pm when I got there I try doing my mobile check in it should that I was ready to get the keys out of box 1 but never gave me a combination so I call the number the the guy give on the phone in case there was any problems the lady answered and was talking to a gentleman gave me the code for box 1 so I went and got the key the next day I got a call for that lady say Mt card was declined I then asked her if I could just pay her cash when I brought back the truck she then said yes but it would have to be before 9 pm but I reserved the truck for 24 hour I told her there is no way that I would able to get everything done and out of it and back by that time just add another day on it for me so I end up having to work the next and could not get a storage unit until later that night when I got off to go unload the truck the gates to the storage units was closed couldn't get in until 6 am the next morning and the truck had all my stuff in it so I was just going to have to pay another day went and got some sleep got up to go back to the storage unit to unload left my phone in the truck so didn't hear it ring the called the police on me and act like I stolen a dam uhaul 15'in truck I mean reall
