Very confusing and small location. There was no drop box on the outside along with inaccurate instructions on how to return the truck. The owner of the store did not speak English well. There was also homeless people right in front of the store at the door. Very uncomfortable environment. Was not very pleasant at all. My business will be done with Penske moving forward
