The rental owner was polite and friendly. He was prompt in having the trailer ready for our pick-up. I would highly recommend this location for anyone else !

ODELON MTruck had dirty windshield and water didn’t work and no ac , then at this location I got stuck returning uhaul and had to wait for hours for help with my family waiting there .

Tim KThe owner of auto body in perris was rude,. Also he didn't want to honor the price that we had already discussed with fullerton uhaul. Also he was charging us extra after we delivered the uhual. we had to file a complaint to get our money back. We would not recommend this place to get a uhaul ever.

EDGARDO RI enjoyed renting from a small business owner who takes pride in what they do. This is a family run business who is friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely use them for your rental needs!

Don JI'm sure this place would be fine during operating hours. Drop off after hours can be tricky with a trailer. Very limited space and visibility.

Mohammad WVery small parking lot making it dificult to park the truck and auto transport. I was also charged an extra day of rental when the equipment was due at 8 am and I dropped it off around 1 am on the due date. Based on the receipt, they did not process the return until after 11 am on the due date. I will be challenging that charge.
Jorge SLocation was closed when I arrived with no instructions on where to leave truck. When I called upon arrival, they seemed surprised that I was leaving the truck there after hours even though they were identified as an after hours drop location. I did not feel safe leaving the equipment where I was instructed to leave it.
Edith FThe person I charge had me get off my truck to open the gate then drop off the trailer he later showed up telling me he would email me my receipt in witch he never did I am very dissatisfied with this location and would never go to it again this person filed that I had returned the trailer 10 days later and my bank account was overdrawn because of his u professional help.
Julio MOur reservation was at 9:30 and we arrived to pick up at 9:40 and did not receive our truck until around 10:40. The guy in charge did have a one more customer in front of us which was understandable but he finished up with them not very quickly either and we got stuck waiting as well because he was not prepared at all. He has the uhaul trucks parked in a different lot and had to drive over there and bring the truck around, he told us he could not figure out which truck although we rented the 15' supermover and he only had one on that lot so I am not sure how he could've not been able to locate the truck. I have rented from uhaul before and the truck has always been ready and at most has taken me 10 mins to pickup so this was very disappointing and time consuming.

Miranda SJoey and Alex are always a pleasure to deal with and, yet again, they were able to help me out in a tight spot.
Graham LIt took over an hour to pick up.. I entered my information 7 times trying to use to mobile device to pick up .. then my son tried almost just said forget it and had to pay someone to help because our. Help came at 10:30 and took to long so had to go. It should of took only a couple of hours but after picking up the truck we were mentally exhausted.. did not complain because girl was courteous and nice but very confused and apologetic.. not the first time had a similar experience at another location.. uhaul needs to change their system.. people nice but system is not good

GUADALUPE SI've rented uhaul trucks and trailers several times over last 3 years. This last rental experience was horrible. I was sent to Perris and was there 1 1/2 hours before they figured out I wanted one way. Then sent to inland sales and they were closed. It took me about 3 hrs to get a trailer I reserved a week in advance. And it was a different size then what I wanted. I hope this was a one time problem.

PAM JPlace was closed. Had to go to a neighboring business to get help. Didn't include the dolly nor pads I was charged for. Truck came with a flat tire as well.
Joshua Magent there had to get the keys for me. He went to another building, and stood about 15feet from us on the phone. I thought he couldn't find the keys and had to call someone. A few minutes passed and I walked closer to listen in, and there he had the keys in his hand the entire time! but he did NOT think of passing them to us!!
