Then it was a one way truck to Bullhead city was allowed 2 days and 116 miles, then I get a texted to return it as soon as possible because of a truck shortage at the drop off location. David F.Our rental pick up location was great. The people that helped us were friendly, professional, and dependable. With that said, I had a terrible experience with Uhaul for this moving experience. First, the location where I reserved the truck did not have the actual truck so my location was changed. Second, when I went to pick up the truck the location was closed and scheduled to open for another 30 minutes. Third, after waiting 30 minutes (which made my movers have to wait 30 minutes) when I got my truck, they did not have the dolly I reserved. Moving day is stressful to begin with. UHaul was completely unreliable this time around. When I called U-Haul about the dolly not being available, The customer service person gave me a bad attitude and no empathy. I'm not sure I would use them again.
Douglas A.Quicker approval when on site to pick up vehicle. Did not know I needed another phone number to verify me as a person. I was there at the vehicle pick up spot for 25 mins before I was approved to pick up the vehicle. Should have all information before I was there then do the walk thru with truck, gas, vehicle condition than key code for lock for keys.

Michael G.Sheila was very polite and professional. When I returned the truck, I returned it in better condition than I originally found it in. I fueled up and gave her and her co worker the only gas receipts I had. Sheila called later for a picture of the gas tank indicating someone potentially siphoned the gas. While it wasn't directly accusatory, it felt that way. I have a $60k truck and it couldn't do what this 10ft truck could do (that's why I rented it). In the future I suggest doing an overall “walk through†because now I'm uncomfortable returning here and or hesitant to do business here again. I'm done business in the past with Home Depot over 20+ times w truck rentals and have never had any issues.

I guess when I flea again ill make sure to provide the court documents showing my location should never be shared. You guys should be ashamed for providing personal information to random fake callers. Now I'm stuck notifying the police because of your actions.

The cargo van was fairly new and clean, but when I filled up before returning, I got about 6 miles to the gallon---which makes me believe that the gas full indicator was somehow misleading.

Charina G.Except that u already charged me 31$ and I was told I would be charged for the day and approximate gas and that after I dropped off I would then be charged whatever extra miles I drove . I tried charging me twice and instead of extra mileage. $48 I owe I believe like 15 so feel free to take it out my card the extra mileage if u send a correct bill for me to click and pay I will pay it .
