The fact that you deal with Patrick Dronet of Firefighters on the Move means I'll never use you again or recommend you. He is a bad business person and rips people off. Shame on you for being associated!

Alvin RAlthough my experience with the people there was great... it was very unfortunate that my situation caused me to pay for a truck that I did not use. I came in and got a truck, went down the street (about 3-4 miles to the store) to find out that due to the threat of weather in the area, they closed. I immediately brought the truck back. I was still charged for a situation out of my control and where I could not use the truck. This was not the people at the UHaul's fault, but Uhaul had no provisions in place for similar situations. Nearly $70 gone down the drain for a 10 minute or less rental.
FREDERICK TOur truck had 17000 miles which was great , but truck kind of struggled to go from initial gear to highway gear, not a big deal.
DEBORAH DDon't change the original agreed pickup location at last minute. Very inconvenient. If known this would happen would have made other arrangements
